So refreshing to see attacking drills, Patterson and myko doing crossing training and the manager actually on the training pitch giving the players instructions and getting involved
Nice to see forward emphasis and speed. Looking like the old Everton. Players with smiles on their faces. Would love Beto to come into his own, there is gold there, hopefully David can get it out of him. Just needs a chance.
Maybe it’s the gold weighing him down amd causing him to fall over all the time. He might even have gold lining his shin pads as the ball regularly bounces off them. 😂
@emkiandthesundolls757 yes he looked good Tim. Great news 1. Becasue they are both fit and can pass a football 2. Becasue doucoure won't get in the team
@@emkiandthesundolls757 totally agree. I mean I'll always be great full for that goal that kept us up. And he was quality under ancelotti (who wasnt) but yeah he's painful to watch now. 2 year deal being drawn up no doubt 😆
Illy is a class act but Tim is equal, so calm in the mould of Barry. Moysey works with players whereas dyche dictates. Pity it's such a hard game at Brighton but if we smash Leicester I'd take that.
The one thing that stands out is the constant feedback from Moyes and the coaching staff, reinforcing and encouraging the players. I don't recall seeing Dyche do this.
Everyone looks happy, great to see. Loved seeing the crossing and finishing drills, made up Moyes is back. Big 3 points tomorrow hopefully but would take a point. On another note,i love hearing the ball coming off the boots 😂😂😂 lovely sound, very pleasing to ones lug! COYB
Everton lads in good spirits! Keep working hard and believing! Great to see both James Garner and Tim Iroegbunam back! They surely give us more options in midfield and can ensure that we don't run out of gas in the later stages of matches. Up the Toffees! 💙
Brilliant! Great to see the squad doing this. Know how it feels so cold, I'm a landscape Gardener. Nice lads. Let's show Brighton what we are made of. COYB!💙💙👍⚽️⚽️
Good to hear "Pressure on the ball!" as opposed to sitting back and soaking pressure, the manager actually attending training, and a happier look around the place.
I love how Moyes has gone back to the basics in training. Some managers don't realise the importance of doing basic drills and usually overcomplicate it, which is probably a big reason why we have struggles to keep possession and play easy passes. It doesn't matter what level you are at in football, the basics of football will always be the most important thing
The difference between moyes and Dyche's training sessions are night and day seen more intensity in this training session than any from the last two years.
Dyche did his best but I’m guessing he was an abrasive marmite character. Players probably always looked over their shoulder and never fully relaxed. Moyes gets Everton but don’t underestimate he won’t kick ass if needs be. Here’s hoping it’s the start of a new era 😊
How fickle are Everton supporters. Moyes was really good with Everton 12 years ago for a decade. He left and made derisory comments about us. That's what gets me. He is being praised by people who just hated Sean. If Sean was the only problem then why is Moyes doing what Sean wanted and asking for new signings? Spurs had a bunch of kids out and ridiculous tactics with just 3 at the back and playing a high line. Lethal! We scored three against a team that struggled against Tamworth. Spurs reverted to their four at the back and we did not score. They had twice our possession and scored twice after the change, we scored none. David played five at the back. Lindstrom is not a defender so in reality it was four. Defensive set up or what. David would like to play overlapping full backs as he did 12 years ago but you need the players to do that. Brighton will not be as stupid as Spurs. I hope David does well but his record after leaving Everton is p*ss poor. So he has to change also. Many players are out in the summer so they are bound to try harder. Sean got us 48 points last season finishing 12th. We are now on 20 let's see how close to 48 points we get this season. The Spurs bloggers reaction was just vile.
Agreed with all of what you said until you said moyes record after leaving everton was piss poor. He got west ham a european trophy. So firstly he qualified then won a cup while still being involved in English football. If he can bring everton anywhere near that i am happy. That spurs team is still dangerous remember that especially in Europe tonight.
@@JinterzGarage I agree about West ham in Europe but they still kicked him out for his unwatchable defensive boring tactics. I really hope he changes and has learnt from his experience. He has to or the knives will be out for him. To play the old Moyes way we need additives to the squad. I hope he is successful as Everton will succeed if he does. Look at United, Sunderland, Real Sociedad, West Ham second time. Are they all wrong? Without Van de Ven Spurs at the back are vulnerable and Moyes on Sunday knew that. He will play five at the back again this Sunday more defensive than Sean. I just give credit where it is due and Sean helped us last season and we should not forget that.
well, Neverton Lads... you all look forward to have the new Neverton Crapper stadium as the biggest... yuge... yuuuggeessttt.. stadium in the Championship.. what fat-frank started.. sonni-boi-dyche continued..... mini-mouse-Moyes will deliver... relegation.. iiiyyhhaaa.... not to worry, Neverton will soon be promoted again.. like.. make it, year 2050
Really interesting seeing Myko on crossing drills. Definitely more impetus for him to offer more going forward. Encouraging
He was shackled
Still need another LB 100%

The intensity to attack is way more prominent now Moyes is at the realm. I like the pressing and good to see Myko on the crossing drills. UTFT!
