Their moves are pretty basic. Our cheerdance presentations includes splits, back-flips, laying on the floor, using crazy props, doing those lifts while the girl is doing a scorpion and we spin them fast@
Actually, most, if not all, of the dancers there are first-timers to cheer leading. They did their best with only a month and half of training so yeah it is basic XD. Despite that, the freshmen won champion against the upper levels and my batch was very happy to start off our Junior High with great achievements.

Stop judging they are still grade 7 so they do the basic moves
