I get bad anxiety about working at a bank all day and being around the general public during this pandemic. My chest feels tight and I start getting the shits! I have had anxiety my whole life... in my mid 40s now. Have had everything you mentioned and then some. Confusion is one of my biggest symptoms. I even wake up in my own house sometimes and don't know where I am. My dog helps me also. He is right there sleeping with me and it comforts me. As a paranormal investigator, I do believe energy lives on. I do a lot of experiments and it's very bizarre when you get great evidence of ghosts. I try to remain skeptic while being open to possibilities. My theory is that everywhere is "haunted." Some areas have more energy than others, at least I think.

He was cremated and my daughter has a small urn with his ashes in it so she always has him with her. This happened about a year and a half after he had passed. I was cleaning our basement apartment and my daughter came across my CATS music globe. She twisted the thing at the bottom to wind it up and play the song MEMORIES, but it didnt start playing. So we figured it broke, so my daughter decided to put the globe with her dad in a cabinet in her room that she made to be like his own mini apartment. Mainly because he and i always told her how much CATS was pretty much his favorite musical lol. So one day I'm discussing with her why I wasnt going to allow her to go out to another neighborhood BY HERSELF and just her friends...she said to me "I bet dad would have let me go..." Jokingly I go infront of the cabinet and i "tell him" my reasons why I wasnt going to let our kid go out by herself with friends I've not met yet...the moment I said "is our kid crazy or what?!" .....we BOTH hear from INSIDE HIS CABINET...the music globe; THAT WE THOUGHT WAS BROKEN, slooooowly start to play. As a former therapist (turned animal communicator) I really feel you should be able to have your dog as a support for anxiety and give you huge credit for talking about your struggles. Soo happy to see you sunshine🌻 I was diagnosed with anxiety disorder. I work in an office and one time out of nowhere I had a panic attack. It was my 1st 1, about 2 years ago. I honestly thought I was dying. Ever since then I think I'm dying for any little thing. It is a horrible horrible feeling and you do have actual symptoms. I'm like you, it just comes out of nowhere. I'm on lyrica for my back (long story) but believe it or not that has helped my anxiety. I feel for you sweetheart. I wish I could give you some advice but I don't know myself.🤷♀️ Unfortunately I think meds are the only thing that help. Since taking lyrica I'm starting to think that anxiety comes from nerves in your body. I also have ADD so I think that contributes to my anxiety. I'm like you and Tommy mixed together lol You have anxiety and he has a ADD, that's why I love you both so much, I can totally relate to both of you. Well take care of yourself. Hugs🙋♀️❤
I've had a lot of experiences of being visited by a living person's astral self, and when I tell them the story, they have no memory of it! My experiences weren't creepy though, lol!! There are a lot of spirit guides and angels around telling people positive things all the time, the problem is most people perceive ANYTHING supernatural as negative or demonic. 99% of the ghosts I've dealt with were just misunderstood. Imagine if you're a ghost who's stuck and doesn't understand what happened to them, trying to talk to people, but every time they do, people are terrified. You'd be angry & upset too.

So, my friend would frequently wake up in the middle of the night with this heavy feeling like something was on her back pushing her down. It got so bad that she slept with the lights on. My other friend’s sister-in-law was pretty attuned to this stuff and said that after talking with her she saw a dark evil spirit that had attached itself to her. The weirdest part is that she said it was of her own creation. Basically she had manifested it 😱 she did some sort of ceremonial thing to get rid of it. My friend didn’t see it again but in a word, terrifying...
My mom worked for the Rice University PD and said that Lovett Hall was haunted. She said she opened the door and a hand on the other side of the door slammed it shut. She opened the door again and there was nothing there. She found out a student had hung themself. There have been a lot of suicides at Rice in fact.

Pretty sure you're an empath as well as myself...( ppl with high anxiety disorders usually are SUPER sensitive---> that's what I believe, everyone can have their own opinion) But love watching your podcasts, Insta, etc...Totally agree with the art/painting or talents in general. My mom ( who's passed) was an artist and I've always painted lately I've not had inspiration to paint, but when I do I am focused and totally into it and knock it out..then it's gone til my next " inspire" ...I also have G.A.D. and have the same/similar fears as you, so not like " Yay we're both crazy!"but more like " THANK GAWD I'm not alone"... you're awesome 💜

One time I was taking a walk through the old secluded graveyard near my house in Maine. As I walked I read the old graves and I past a little one with just the word “BOO!” Written on it. lol! I never noticed that one before!! I thought that someone 200 years ago had a good sense of humor!!! 😂the stone was weathered with lichens matching the others. So that night I told my family about it ! The next time I walked through the graveyard I went to that same spot to look for the stone with “BOO!” And I couldn’t find it. It Was gone. Just regular little graves with dates and names. Then I walked through the whole area scanning each gravestone and it was literally gone. But I can still see it in my head and I know it was there… Maybe it was a ghost playing tricks on me!

You should read that book big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert. She posits that when we're creating whether it be painting writing or singing that our mind is tapped into the Ether of creative ideas. I haven't read it in a while so I may be a little off but it's related to what you're talking about.
I had to stop listening because this freaked me out badly. I too had an experience while using cold medicine. I woke up with complete sleep paralysis with a shadow figure standing next to me. I was screaming at the top of my lungs but couldn't move. Finally I was able to snap out of it. My husband was in the bathroom and threw on the light because I scared the piss out of him. I can't explain it. Twice now I've seen one. I don't take that brand of cold medicine anymore. I don't wish that on anyone. I don't know what they want. All I know is that I felt like it was holding me down and not allowing me to wake. It was horrible!
As a Floridian, I agree with you. Nobody gives a shit about wearing a mask. However, neither do a lot of the out of state tourist that come visit. They definitely take advantage of the situation too. I always wear mine. Period.
Brittany I need help, you have anxiety so I think you could help me with this. I’m a 14 year old girl (love you!) and like I will get paranoid by the smallest noises mostly at night. Like I will get super paranoid because I think somebody is in our house but I know there isn’t. Very slim chance but, whenever that happens I get super panicky and I start breathing really hard, I’m on the verge of tears. To get my mine off things I listen to music. Usually calms me down and will put me to sleep. My question is, would this be an early sign of anxiety disorder? Hi sweet Brooklyn, the first thing you might want to do is download a deep breathing app. My favorite app is “beat panic” helps you slow your breathing, and get into a calmer headspace. If that doesn’t work then there are over-the-counter things such as Ashwhaghanda root, GABA, Kava Kava and CBD that are very helpful in calming the mind. But it would be great to go talk to a specialist- a psychiatrist or psychologist, and tell them how you’re feeling. You aren’t alone 🖤

Dude, I was in Sacramento back at the end of February and we are hearing about this stuff. One case came into Sac and one into Roseville both pointed to San Fran Airport. Two days before I was scheduled to leave and drive back home to Oregon, I started feeling like shit. My grandsons has snotty noses and such. I got the worst sore throat ever and felt so weak I didn't even take my daughter up on her paying for my pedicure....(that's bad for real). I drove home in some robomode and kept getting sicker and sicker. The husband unit finally was like go to the doctor you have the "flu". Called on or about March 5/6th. Still not knowing much other than a mad bat disease. The office asked me multiple questions and had me go to the side door and buzz. I was treated with prednisone, z-pak and some righteous cough syrup. Whether or not I had this crap, I had done a 1000 mile round trip making multiple stops (I was already a germ freak). All I know is I hadn't been that sick in like 3 years and this time the symptoms were strange. Everyone, be safe. I know the face mask thing sucks and having our common pleasures taken away but we will learn something I guess.
Broo I remember I was once staying at my best friends house and she lived out in the country so there are woods everywhere and we started talking about skin walkers and Wendigos and we knew talking about it attracts them but we didn’t think anything would happen but later that day we took a walk down this dirt road and half way down we herd the loudest most deep growl I’ve ever herd bro it literally shook the ground we booked it back to her house and the weird thing is that we were filming cause we were being stupid a goofing off and the growl never showed up on the video all it showed was us just bolting back home out of nowhere and I don’t think it made anything better that we were mocking it and named it Gucci
Not related but kind of related in the creepy factor: My husband tells me occasionally he will wake up and I have both of my arms straight in the air while im sleeping and I slowly rub one arm with the other and I will drop them slowly and then put them up again and repeat. I have no recollection of this but it happens every so often and its so weird !

I live in an old assistant living place there are ghosts in my apartment all the time some nice some not so nice. Everyday we have at least one smoke alarm that goes off even when we are not cooking anything. Mind you we have 5 bedrooms well one night the smoke alarm went off so my daughter took it down and took the battery out of it and it still went off we put it outside and it stopped but the next night all of them went off at 3am

Everything is based on the Germ Theory that was never proven to be 100% accurate from the very beginning.
The flu is not a disease. Cancer is a disease and isn’t contagious. The flu , AIDS, and a cold are viruses and those are contagious. You can’t compare a virus to a disease because they are not the same thing. Cancer is literally cell mutation. A virus is not! It needs a host!

My mom worked for the Rice University PD and said that Lovett Hall was haunted. She said she opened the door and a hand on the other side of the door slammed it shut. She opened the door again and there was nothing there. She found out a student had hung themself. There have been a lot of suicides at Rice in fact.

One time I was taking a walk through the old secluded graveyard near my house in Maine. As I walked I read the old graves and I past a little one with just the word “BOO!” Written on it. lol! I never noticed that one before!! I thought that someone 200 years ago had a good sense of humor!!! 😂the stone was weathered with lichens matching the others. So that night I told my family about it ! The next time I walked through the graveyard I went to that same spot to look for the stone with “BOO!” And I couldn’t find it. It Was gone. Just regular little graves with dates and names. Then I walked through the whole area scanning each gravestone and it was literally gone. But I can still see it in my head and I know it was there…
Maybe it was a ghost playing tricks on me!

You should read that book big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert. She posits that when we're creating whether it be painting writing or singing that our mind is tapped into the Ether of creative ideas. I haven't read it in a while so I may be a little off but it's related to what you're talking about.

I had to stop listening because this freaked me out badly. I too had an experience while using cold medicine. I woke up with complete sleep paralysis with a shadow figure standing next to me. I was screaming at the top of my lungs but couldn't move. Finally I was able to snap out of it. My husband was in the bathroom and threw on the light because I scared the piss out of him. I can't explain it. Twice now I've seen one. I don't take that brand of cold medicine anymore. I don't wish that on anyone. I don't know what they want. All I know is that I felt like it was holding me down and not allowing me to wake. It was horrible!
As a Floridian, I agree with you. Nobody gives a shit about wearing a mask. However, neither do a lot of the out of state tourist that come visit. They definitely take advantage of the situation too. I always wear mine. Period.
Brittany I need help, you have anxiety so I think you could help me with this. I’m a 14 year old girl (love you!) and like I will get paranoid by the smallest noises mostly at night. Like I will get super paranoid because I think somebody is in our house but I know there isn’t. Very slim chance but, whenever that happens I get super panicky and I start breathing really hard, I’m on the verge of tears. To get my mine off things I listen to music. Usually calms me down and will put me to sleep. My question is, would this be an early sign of anxiety disorder? Hi sweet Brooklyn, the first thing you might want to do is download a deep breathing app. My favorite app is “beat panic” helps you slow your breathing, and get into a calmer headspace. If that doesn’t work then there are over-the-counter things such as Ashwhaghanda root, GABA, Kava Kava and CBD that are very helpful in calming the mind. But it would be great to go talk to a specialist- a psychiatrist or psychologist, and tell them how you’re feeling. You aren’t alone 🖤

Dude, I was in Sacramento back at the end of February and we are hearing about this stuff. One case came into Sac and one into Roseville both pointed to San Fran Airport. Two days before I was scheduled to leave and drive back home to Oregon, I started feeling like shit. My grandsons has snotty noses and such. I got the worst sore throat ever and felt so weak I didn't even take my daughter up on her paying for my pedicure....(that's bad for real). I drove home in some robomode and kept getting sicker and sicker. The husband unit finally was like go to the doctor you have the "flu". Called on or about March 5/6th. Still not knowing much other than a mad bat disease. The office asked me multiple questions and had me go to the side door and buzz. I was treated with prednisone, z-pak and some righteous cough syrup. Whether or not I had this crap, I had done a 1000 mile round trip making multiple stops (I was already a germ freak). All I know is I hadn't been that sick in like 3 years and this time the symptoms were strange. Everyone, be safe. I know the face mask thing sucks and having our common pleasures taken away but we will learn something I guess.

Broo I remember I was once staying at my best friends house and she lived out in the country so there are woods everywhere and we started talking about skin walkers and Wendigos and we knew talking about it attracts them but we didn’t think anything would happen but later that day we took a walk down this dirt road and half way down we herd the loudest most deep growl I’ve ever herd bro it literally shook the ground we booked it back to her house and the weird thing is that we were filming cause we were being stupid a goofing off and the growl never showed up on the video all it showed was us just bolting back home out of nowhere and I don’t think it made anything better that we were mocking it and named it Gucci
Not related but kind of related in the creepy factor: My husband tells me occasionally he will wake up and I have both of my arms straight in the air while im sleeping and I slowly rub one arm with the other and I will drop them slowly and then put them up again and repeat. I have no recollection of this but it happens every so often and its so weird !

I live in an old assistant living place there are ghosts in my apartment all the time some nice some not so nice. Everyday we have at least one smoke alarm that goes off even when we are not cooking anything. Mind you we have 5 bedrooms well one night the smoke alarm went off so my daughter took it down and took the battery out of it and it still went off we put it outside and it stopped but the next night all of them went off at 3am

Everything is based on the Germ Theory that was never proven to be 100% accurate from the very beginning.

The flu is not a disease. Cancer is a disease and isn’t contagious. The flu , AIDS, and a cold are viruses and those are contagious. You can’t compare a virus to a disease because they are not the same thing. Cancer is literally cell mutation. A virus is not! It needs a host!
