How to make a cyclone filter for vacuum cleaners for less than 5 euros quickly and easily

There are hundreds of cyclone filter designs for vacuum cleaners. So why make another one? Simple. Because all the ones I've seen are either unnecessarily complicated or expensive in terms of money or time in terms of their realization. As usual, I have to do my own thing. And here is the result. A simple filter (just a bucket and a cone), quick and easy to make and above all cheap.
