    Oh wow……the barber shop thing. I thought that was only me. Every time I go get a haircut I’m super anxious. I feel like the barber thinks I look funny. Or that I might make eye contact with them in the mirror and it will be awkward.

    Should i get medical help i am losing hope to take control over my thoughts they're dragging me down day by day

      Meds can definitely be very beneficial for many but it's a personal choice whether you want it or not

    I am feeling so overwhelmed. I feel like I can't do this anymore. I am stuck. I am feeling really weak and after starting my recovery journey I feel more weak health wise

      That's all part of the journey, allow yourself to feel it all in the short term, long term working on your beliefs will help bring the fear down. You've got this!
