I just want a pack that makes vanilla the best. So far the SEUS Shaders, in my opinion, provide the best detail and a Vanilla experience. My only complaint is for their sky the sun is round but the moon is square. Why couldn’t they use a square sun and square clouds! Besides that, I just want a texture pack that works best with Vanilla. Something like that first 3D pack that makes the blocks all 3D but doesn’t change them
you could try nostalgia shader, they have some cool looking effects, like 3d but not "realistic clouds", they are cubes, but with an effect that makes them look like actual clouds, it also adds 2 layers to the clouds, making them overlayed giving it a nice realistic look, also, all of that is configurable, i hope this helps
Completely different from Minecraft, but have you played Stellaris? For me it's the perfect game if you want to explore space (actually it's my favourite game and I think it's the best space game ever created), the only problem is that it has many overpriced DLC, but Stellaris+Ancient Relics+Distant Stars+Utopia would make it perfect for you. If you can afford the whole game, that's better.

you can get some sky resource pack (resource packs that only change the sky) if u want, there is a lot of them
