We rub 500 grams of potatoes directly into the water. So that the potatoes do not darken, fill them with water to the top. Boil the potatoes until half cooked, drain the water through a sieve, thereby getting rid of excess starch.
Add 0.050 grams of grated onion, 0.050 grams of sour cream, 3 chicken eggs, 0.040 grams of wheat flour to the boiled potato mass, salt and pepper to taste. At the very end, add finely chopped parsley. We mix everything well.
Pour the prepared potato mixture into a silicone muffin mold. Put in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes, bake at t = 180 C. If you like cheese, you can grate hard cheese on top.
