Nope, pregnancy tests are likely to show positive a while after being used. You pee on the stick, you wait a few minutes and that's the result, you can't wait a few hours or days otherwise it'll say positive.
Or Josh could've even took the test himself, because males have something in their pee which can turn a test positive
