Creek Walking for Fossils - North Texas Creeks - Fossil Collecting - 2023

We had a nice cool front a little while back giving us our last chance this season to wear our winter waders before the heat took over. Hunts Haul includes: Sea Urchin, Ammonites including fragments, Bi-valves, Modern animal teeth, Zipper oyster, Modern Deer Antler etc... Thanks for Watching...

back around 1974 when i was a about 6 yo we went to a dinosaur bone hunt on sat morning outside of Celeste Texas. It was in a creek on the side of the road. Many people were there. The backhoe digger pulled up a huge mamoth tusk probably worth a fortune now. It was west of town and probably many more there.
