When you eat heavy dinner at 9 or 10 pm that food did not allowed you to wake up early also you have motive to wake up early like go to walk/gym or do learn something new.❤

17 मिनट के vedio में पुरे 17 मिनट तुमने बकवास की है उसके अलावा कुछ नहीं। तुम्हारे पास फालतू टाइम होगा पर लीगों का टाइम क्यों खराब करते हो। आगे से ऐसी बकवास upload मत करना। शुरू के आधे मिनट में जो कहा है उसी को 34 बार repeat करके 17 मिनट का vedio बना दिया। RUclips की history में इस vedio जितना बकवास vedio मेने आज तक नही देखा।

Same here bro! I tried hard to get up early atleast at 5-6 am, but i could not. It is so depressing.and it feels like i am wasting my life in sleeping. I cannot use my full potential. I cannot focus in day. I understand how frustrating it is. Feeling tired all your life. I asked my parents, friends, collugues to wake me up atleast by 8am. But no one helped. They said sleep early, but i cannot manage my time because my most fruitful hours are at night when i can focus best. But then when i wake up late everyone is already finished with half of their daily routine. I felt left out, tired, depressed, anxious. I slept 23 hours once at the time of my exam and that day i got scared. Thanks for making me feel i am not alone.

Sir ,I have same issue since 10 years.that's why I made habit of studying late night and I have succeeded in every exam but now I m doing a service and i m always getting late for office. I have also tried so many times to wake up early and watched so Many Videos on RUclips and by motivational I can wake up early for max 5 days. Iske bad fir se me late uthati hun .and exercise krni bhi mujhe ku6 dino bad boring lagti hai ,me kya kru ,I m really frustrated now. Parents bhi bolte rehte hai jldi utho jldi utho ,pr mujhse nhi ho Raha ,me hr roj sochti hu jldi so jaungi lekin ku6 na ku6 dekhti rehti hu mobile me .aur akeli rehti hu to koi daante vala bhi nhi hota ,to mind control nhi kr pati and again wake up late next morning. I don't what to do how to stop my bad habit of stay up for late night and how to start waking up early in morning
