The speech in the new movie made me cry when Madea was talking about being afraid of starting a new relationship and finding reasons for it not to work. About finding the strength to fall in love again and again until it finally works. It hit me really hard right now and I feel like in every movie I end up crying for those reasons and I’m grateful for that message right when I needed it.

Im like " just because you like / love someone, doesn't mean you have to get married". Im a florist & very busy & love my alone time... What positivity we talking about here? How the mom was sleeping with her son’s boyfriend behind his back but was never held accountable for it. The general theme was encourage her bad actions and decisions but scold the man for those very same actions and decisions. I find the way he portrays black families (black men in particular) as deplorable.
