The Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Mr Lechesa Tsenoli lost his cool in Parliament for Hon Madisha of COPE during No-Confidence debate in Jacob Zuma. *****
The Constitution affords all South Africans the right to see and hear what happens in Parliament.
For the last 7 years and for the benefit of subscribers and the community “My Africa” search for sequences that are newsworthy, interesting, funny etc. From a, sometimes long and boring, Parliament sitting allowing the community the opportunity to choose which sequence they find interesting and want to watch.

This reminds me of my time in kindergarten. Why don’t they just shut off the microphone when ever someone is out of line? Why don’t they make someone leave if they ignore the chairperson? No one should be allow to stand up and interrupt who ever is speaking. If someone has a point of order, they should be allowed to push a button. According to the chronological order the chairperson should then give the floor to that particular member of parliament, if the speaker allows it. Otherwise that member of parliament would have to wait until its his/her time to speak.
