Thank you! I have a cheap RCA to HDMI box mounted on my desk that runs to an Atomos Inferno. Its a mix of cheap and expensive but my Atomos gets used a lot since I invested so much in it.
Did a full recap on it. I actually managed to cleanup the board and get it back to working condition. The video will be up next week. That was definitely the cap that caused it though.

take out the clock cap asap ! if its a 1.6 board leave it
