The A330-900neo is essentially (more or less) close to what Airbus proposed with the original A350 model around 2004. But by keeping it based on as much of the A330-300 as possible, some initial compromises in range had to be factored in, though a higher weight model did push the range to 7,200 nautical miles. The A330-900neo, in effect, became the successor to the 777-200ER.
The new winglet looks cool, but some of us really miss how the A330ceo used to “cut thru” clouds and leave those amazing trails from the tips, looked like a fighter jet, also would love to see a bit of a larger winglet like the second generation on the A350 ❤
Congratulations Airbus. But One Thing that Question for Airbus. Could u make Easy for Engineer to Trouble shoot Airbleed issue. In my mine, Airbus Could be improve wing body loop element as per zone. Each elements can be read out individually by BMC. I hope, one day it more Easy. Any way Thx for Airbus ❤
A330Neo is a wonderful aircraft, but naming it was not completely correct. Neo - New Engine Option implies that only its engines have been renewed, but actually wings were completely redesigned and became the wings with the highest A/R among wide body aircraft. So another name like *A330Plus* could have been better.
The 320neo series also had redesigned wings and a whole package of impovements across multiple areas. They are keeping to tradition in naming it the 330neo.
@@anon-ed5wf A320Neo doesn't have any change in A/R, wing area or wing span. Just wingtips were changed. A330Neo has brand new wings with wider span, different wing area, better A/R. The "tradition" to use New Engine Option name was wrong. Bad marketing.
@user-198yt Think of ‘neo’ as a brand by Airbus which has expanded beyond the engine. Look at the linguistics side if it too: ‘νέος‘ (neos) is Greek for ‘new’. That is what Airbus is doing; taking their current aircraft and creating a new version with new engines foremost, new designs in different areas, and new technology, all of which is the next generation. Branding it as ‘neo’ works when you put it all together and is better than ‘plus’ which is too generic and bland in my opinion.
Wow Congrulations Airbus You Never Grounded Like Boeing, Airbus is Safe Airplane And Modern Plane And No Mcas And Boeing Is Bad I'm From Indonesia And Thanks For A330-900neo Cause That Now Garuda Indonesia Can Buy More Plane Airbus Cause 1 A330 Can Fill Passenger 287 And The Max 440 And Last Boeing 767 Is Gone I'm Still Suport You Airbus! And Batik Air A330 300 Is So Good
He should just speak French, his gift from god is engineering and he gifted us good aircraft. Airbus should not torture him with speaking long stretches of foreign language.
Hello, I am a Aviation enthusiasts, I have been following you for a long time, and now I want to make fine paper molds of A380, but there is no three-view on the Internet for the moment, could you please send a three-view of A380 to me, thank you very much😊
Shall we thank airbus for trying to get one pilot out of the flight deck? That’s really pushing limits. The other thing is just an over engineered winglet.
My newest favorite airplane. The A330 ceo was my (current) prior. Fly NEO!,.... Fly. Pro Delta and their Airbus fleet. Too bad Hawaiian went Boeing. So sad.
One thing that you guys at airbus can do is let british people do the narration in english instead of french ppl as the french accent is a little hard to understand
I never thought that Airbus would make a series about the a330neo, but here we are, congratulations Airbus
A330 and A330neo are my favorite planes so far. I love this new winglet design.
Thanks Vincent, for all your hard work and efforts. I will remember your enthusiasm and expertise next time when I board an Airbus airplane.
The a330 is amazing! Great job Airbus team. I can't wait to see what you produce
Job well done Airbus and the Philippines with Philippine Airlines are now excited and moving forward for the A350-1000
I really love the Airbus approach of improving on a design, not superficially, but fundamentally. Bravo!!
beautiful aircraft.I had the chance to fly on a Delta's one from Seattle to Amsterdam.I loved it.Well done Airbus. You are the best.
Well much better than Boeing obviously
The A330neo is one of Airbus' least popular models (especially the A330-800) but it seems like it's gaining some more popularity

Airbus thank you so much for all your hard work and where do I find the other episodes? ( btw my favourite plane is the A340-600 )
Episodes will be released every Monday, starting with the first episode in 15 minutes. Just enough time to take a seat and grab some popcorn !
Alright thank you!
After watching this, you realise why these guys are miles ahead of Boeing
Never forget Air France 447.

Will get a series for the A350?
One of the most exciting modern aircraft ❤❤❤
This is the best plane ever made and you guys try to improve it! Thanks! Air transat might have order for this plane
A350 is the best
Airbus a company that builds quality Aircraft 👍
Never forget Air France 447.
"But we are engineers, we have a duty to deliver aircraft ". Great vote of confidence. Day 1 of asking Airbus to fund my pilot training 😊
Grab your snacks when airbus releases an episode
Amazing Stuff, it is also really nice to see Broughton fully involved in a video. A3
Love flying with Airbus fleet. 🎉

A330neo 나중에 대한항공에도 도입됐으면 좋겠어요.

Where we find this doc?
You’ll find it here! One episode will be released every week, starting tomorrow (Monday)!
I'm excited to fly on a neo for one of my return flights from the Philippines next month👋🤓👍
The A330NEO has the most efficient wing of all current airliners. It has a impressive aspect ratio of 11. The 787 and A350 have 9.5 and the 777X 10.
If I had an airline, I would buy this plane right away.
A330 900 neo is my fav due to 2-4-2 seat configuration in economy.
Love it keep up the good work 1:35

Go Airbus!! 1! 1! 1!
He should just speak French, his gift from god is engineering and he gifted us good aircraft. Airbus should not torture him with speaking long stretches of foreign language.
Which language he is speaking? French or english?
Why was he laughing so much at the end? A bit ominous!

Yeah
@Pilot_JER I got it but I am not English
It's not too difficult to understand for me (I'm French BTW), but it just makes my ears bleed
@@azertyzarbi9678 yep accent is big
Diversity.. One of the beauties of Airbus
The French accent is so think I can hardly understand a word of it!
I got everything
This french accent is awful 😮😢
Day 98 of asking airbus to give me a free A350-1000
I'll take a 350 900.
😂😂😂😂
