In this video I give you 5 Rebound Team Drills for every age and skill level, from very young youth players and beginners to experienced seniors. I breakdown every drill in detail to help you and your team to take your rebounding to the next level.
You can easily turn every drill in a rebound drill by letting your play the drill until offense scores or defense grabs the ball. So there is always a chance for a reound.
However these 5 drills focus explicitly on rebounding. The most important thing especially for younger kids is that every drill has a finish. Everbody loves to score. So let them shoot, even if it is all about rebounding.

Which one did you intend to say?
Shooter does not get counted? How would you make this more competitive then?

Thank you for your question. The shooter is not counted because they are not involved in the subsequent game. I count the points with every drill so that there is a winning team at the end. That makes it more challenging.
I use Playbook by Jes-Soft for visualization. Apart from small weaknesses, it is excellent for my purposes.
