• 250g coconut water ice

• 2 oz cream of coconut

Strawberry Mojito
• 2 strawberries
• 10 mint leaves
• 2 oz White Rum
• 0.75 oz lime juice
• 0.5 oz sugar syrup
• Top up with soda water
