    GOOD! I did the sam with a top loading machine just last winter.... how funny and amazing is to program indedd customizing the whole wash cycle!! Have a nice wash era with it!

    reaaaaally cool. After watching some of these vids including Secret Life of Machines, I think I want to research mechanical and electrical engineering programs - for fun! Thanks for sharing your cool toy. :)

      indeed. the craziest & insane man on earth........:-) this project has been born as a simple exercise at the classroom more than 30 years ago, and I injoyed every moment in development and the building........ thanks man, we are safe and strong.

      I'm in CNC grinding machines and filters for my business and I've just loving your funny project. I'm planning to make my heating room control via PLC, I²C and HTTP control. An Israeli friend from Nahariya has given Unitronics PLCs to me for the project, so I guess I have to go on.

    I would had done something similar, except using a microcontroller and alphanumeric VFD.

    The amount you spent on those electronics could you not just buy a new washer.

      @@tallevi6172 you are right. this is a german made machine before the east become the main manufacturer of the world. it will last a life time.
