Kantanka, please start manufacturing tractors for farmers at lower cost than importing. Without tractors, farming can never take off in Africa, and the youth would never embrace it because of the hardship of manual labour.

Good for Africa, this is a staple in many countries in Africa. This product can also be exported across Africa to other African countries that don't necessarily use it as their staple. In Liberia this is also a stable food that farmers do invest in. Very good for this gentleman.

My gracious God, I am very proud of this young man. Many of us that came to study in Western countries in the 70s didn't come to stay. For me, my aim then was to go back home and work for myself. However, I ended up with my spouse in abroad. I will go back home if my economic situation changes. I want to come back and do small farming. Home is home. I like to work for myself no matter how old I am. As far as I am strong and healthy, I will come home and do small farming and other business. Power to you my young man.
I just like him, i never study while i were in School, if de Teacher said these things will be on de exams, i just entered into my class reviewed things that de Teacher said going be on de exams. I always got 100% it was fresh in my mind.

Hi I have been watching this video in May 2020 I really appreciate this young man's initiative of farming in his country. At the beginning of the video the lady in her introduction said " People say poor people that does farming" if this is the message what young people receives it is very harmful. Look at large farms that there are in USA, Europe Australia, they started small and get larger afterwards. I suppose Ghana has an institute of agriculture that teach students all aspects of agronomi so that future farmers have the technical knowledge from A to Z. If there not such an institute in Ghana it is most urgent that young Ghanaians should have the necessary formation abroad. At the end of the day and in the long run Ghana will be able to grow all the vegetables they need and have them processed and exported to other countries across Africa. You have large portion of arable land so use it do not wait for Chinese to do it in your country and sell it to you, it would be too sad.

One of the things i regret about africa is that we don't value our cultures & languages. That's why we are not putting any effort to invent a writing system for our languges. We are contempt to speak & write european languages. I know some people would to blame it on european colonization of african people. But to me we don't have no will to change the statut quo. We are happy to be culturally dominated.
You have a point but that is not necessary now. When we become economically powerful, other aspects of our heritage can be reclaimed. We can't be talking about gaining cultural freedom and still dependent upon the ones we accuse. Let us gain our economic independence first. China is a glaring example.

Good for Africa, this is a staple in many countries in Africa. This product can also be exported across Africa to other African countries that don't necessarily use it as their staple. In Liberia this is also a stable food that farmers do invest in. Very good for this gentleman.

My gracious God, I am very proud of this young man. Many of us that came to study in Western countries in the 70s didn't come to stay. For me, my aim then was to go back home and work for myself. However, I ended up with my spouse in abroad. I will go back home if my economic situation changes. I want to come back and do small farming. Home is home. I like to work for myself no matter how old I am. As far as I am strong and healthy, I will come home and do small farming and other business. Power to you my young man.

Why’d the music so loud?
Hi I have been watching this video in May 2020 I really appreciate this young man's initiative of farming in his country. At the beginning of the video the lady in her introduction said " People say poor people that does farming" if this is the message what young people receives it is very harmful. Look at large farms that there are in USA, Europe Australia, they started small and get larger afterwards. I suppose Ghana has an institute of agriculture that teach students all aspects of agronomi so that future farmers have the technical knowledge from A to Z. If there not such an institute in Ghana it is most urgent that young Ghanaians should have the necessary formation abroad. At the end of the day and in the long run Ghana will be able to grow all the vegetables they need and have them processed and exported to other countries across Africa. You have large portion of arable land so use it do not wait for Chinese to do it in your country and sell it to you, it would be too sad.

One of the things i regret about africa is that we don't value our cultures & languages. That's why we are not putting any effort to invent a writing system for our languges. We are contempt to speak & write european languages. I know some people would to blame it on european colonization of african people. But to me we don't have no will to change the statut quo. We are happy to be culturally dominated.
You have a point but that is not necessary now. When we become economically powerful, other aspects of our heritage can be reclaimed. We can't be talking about gaining cultural freedom and still dependent upon the ones we accuse. Let us gain our economic independence first. China is a glaring example.
