@@Zalied People have dedicated entire basements to building a vast and expansive Legoscape where hills roll and towns bustle and sometimes trains can be seen riding through all of it. I wouldn't put it past someone to do something like scale the OSRS overworld map in miniature at all.
Looking great! I particularly enjoy hearing you talk about the details of the process itself, since I don't have any previous exposure to the creation process behind these sorts of models.
Great vid! Following this series intently. Don't know if you mentioned this in an earlier video, but "Lumbridge" (bridge over the river Lum) is a wordplay on "Cambridge" (bridge over the river Cam), which is where Jagex is based.
The levels of detail are insane! Especially loved the overlay of the in-game buildings to see each step of your build. Can’t wait to see just how far you can take this!
such a pleasure to get off work and relax to this. editting to add after watching: what an amazing amount of effort and work by you. this seems like a super fun hobby to get into!
I was just thinking about this over the weekend! Very nice job on Bob's. The fence looks really good, too. Keep up the great work, and I'm already looking forward to the next update. I also appreciated the small facts during the video.
Thank you so much for this relaxing and detailed video about my hoby after work. So many memory's, such beutifull music and insane craftmanship. The 99 crafting is clearly visible in this video! Keep up the amazing work :)
Just caught up on the series! It's coming together so well! As a one chunk man myself, I would love to see more areas expanded upon! First things first, though. Lumbridge is key. Also, sorry to say, but that roof color is very orange, as you said. Maybe a bit more red could go a long way. Either way, love the vids!
YOOOOOO this is coming together so well! Please, Jagex, get this man a Golden Gnome. I only recently visited the cooking tutor's house during leagues, quite by accident. I just saw a cooking range in there and had a bunch of fish to cook lol. It was very much an "Oh THAT'S where he is!" moment lol.
As beautiful a creation and as entertaining a video as always! This is such an amazing project and has really inspired me to do something with my hands. The attention to detail and dedication to sincerity is what keeps me watching your series, which comes with the hobby but you do so well, and shows me you truly must love RS. The soundtrack choice is also so well done, the OS community is so beautiful. I love how you did the windows! So simple and elegant.
This is one of my favorite rs series currently, its a nice change up from game play after gameplay video and the little bits of lore on the citizens is pretty cool to hear
Genuinely relaxing to just watch you craft, paint and place every little detail. The wire trees are one of my favorite parts; can't wait to see you tackle Willow and Oak trees in the near future! As well as the furnace and bronze anvil near the General Store. Lumbridge Castle's huge wall as well...
very cool very fire series. You oughta look into 3d printing even smaller models of lumbridge or other towns painting and selling em, i would def buy one (if i wasnt so damn broke)
3:30, Funny, for me these tutors are still "newer" content. When I started playing they weren't around. I'm sure you'll be putting more work in this model than they originally did actually modelling lumbridge. great stuff.
Awesome video man! I also would enjoy a comment here or there about the techniques you use. For example, hearing you say what you used to make that razor blade tool was cool! I also would like to know what dry brushing is and when/what to use it on
Hey man! Absolutely love the video series keep it up! Not that you asked for armchair quarterbacks, but I watch a ton of craft/build channels similar to what you're doing now and I think that in your first section where you're adding bricks to the houses you could cut down on a bit of that content. Because it's at the start of the video it's important to keep things moving along for viewer retention. What I would recommend, I've seen a lot of other channels do this, is showing the complete process for the first building, then adding a voice over along the lines of " I then did the same for X building, Y building, and Z building, and you match that up with showing the finished buildings either popping up on stream, or you dropping them onto the table, or some other " attention" grabbing edit. Then you can move on to gluing them together from there. You cut about 2-3 minutes out of the overall video length bringing it down and you speed up the action in the beginning increasing retention. Anyway, like I said, not that you asked. Either way, love the videos, keep up the great work!
I went for a faster pace for parts 1 & 2 and I had requests to slow it down a bit, I’m new to the art type videos (I edit lifestyle videos full time) so I assumed people wanted a slower pace to savor the art build. I appreciate any input you have :)
Insane crafting exp gains in this video.
goin for 99 crafting irl
1m/hr for sure
there have been a lot of 1 chunk ironman playthroughs but this has been one of the more unique concepts. cant wait till he unlocks his next chunk
If this man begins to tile accurate miniature the entirety of the world map...
@qwopiretyu unfortunately thr map is massive unless you only do major points of interest even at a smaller scale than we already are using
@@Zalied at least the emptier chunks would be easier. Imagine how many fully ocean chunks he can mass produce!
@@Zalied People have dedicated entire basements to building a vast and expansive Legoscape where hills roll and towns bustle and sometimes trains can be seen riding through all of it. I wouldn't put it past someone to do something like scale the OSRS overworld map in miniature at all.

This has become one of my most looked forward to video series

Me too and I have no clue why! So relaxing & satisfying to watch it come together. Love the time lapse + voiceover style

this seems like a super fun hobby to get into!
How did the video pacing feel, I decided to not speed ramp the footage as much for part 3
I’m glad you enjoy :)
Mom!! It's the guy that says he has lumbridge at home again!!!

that brick cutting device looks just as dangerous as it is effective. amazing job as always!
