What a magnificent machine, a beautiful piece of art...flying it must be close to pure orgasm...one day I am going to own one for sure. You have to love Cirrus! Greetings from Australia.
Good people from Cirrus Aircraft when are we going to see the P1 flying here in the RUclips? It was almost 2 months ago. Please post those wonderful flights here. Thank you.
It's a nice jet but, in all honesty, I prefer the Pilatus PC12-NG over this. The speed is comparable, and you get more space for passengers with the Pilatus. If I decide to go with a jet then I'll be going for one of the smaller Cessna's and not with a company that has a bad record with owner crashes.
PPL with complex and high performance endorsements and an instrument rating. Jets also all require type ratings; to get an SF50 type rating you have to take the approximately 7 day course taught by Cirrus (and I believe type ratings have to be renewed every year.) Commercial license not required.
It makes total sense. RVSM (Reduced Vertical Separation Minimum) is required for flight above 29,000ft and the cost for certification is high and has to be re certified every time the aircraft changes ownership. No reason to add costs for only 3000ft of altitude.
Kool looking little jet, but to put texting and phone use into the pilots cockpit in any aircraft, is a dumb, dangerous thing. It's the #1 cause of auto accidents now. We don't need this childish, 1990's nonsense. I'm officially Boycotting this company.
Michael Harris Most all newer jets have phone capability in the cocpit. Having a phone is not dangerous. Using it at the wrong time can be. It is a tool at the pilots disposal that's all. Virtually all new turbine and some high end piston aircraft can have this capability. Thats alot of boycotting.
Do you even have Private Pilots License? If you were, then you would already know that pilots are trained to multi-task with situational awareness. That's part of the requirement for being a licensed pilot. You cannot obtain a pilots license without demonstrating situational awareness and the required decision making ability to operate an aircraft as single pilot in command and by the regulations. I stood in line at the DMV and watched someone literally take his DMV written test 4 times before he finally got a passing score. You won't get away with that under the requirements of the FAA Practical Test Standards and you certainly won't get away with that during your Written, Flight, Oral an Cross Country proofs. You don't acquire a Pilots License, but you can work your butt off the *earn* one. And, earn it you will. And, that's just the tip of the iceberg, because the next Rating you *earn* will be your Instrument Rating. It will probably rank as one of the most challenging single accomplishments of your life. After that you can look forward to your Commercial Rating, Multi-Engine Rating and eventually a litany of Type Ratings for Turbo-Props and Jets. And, you are worried about Phones? Come on. We are piloting aircraft here, not merely driving Honda Civics to the nearest Starbucks. Though, you can pilot a new HondaJet to the nearest Oshkosh, but that will definitely require a HondaJet Type Rating and a lot of situational awareness as a single pilot. Don't worry about the "phones" and don't worry about "texting." Pilots are doing the equivalent of "texting" when they manage navigation with in-flight waypoint changes or entire in-flight flight plan swaps throughout the EFIS all the time. It is part of flying. It is what a pilot does. Relax. You are in good hands with a well trained pilot and a well maintained aircraft either on the ground or in the air. We do this everyday, all day long and in the vast majority of instances, without incident of any kind. Come join us!
Whitney Freeway also, the normal separation between vehicles on the ground is 6-20 feet (tailgaters, the lot of them!) and in the air there are often miles of horizontal separation and hundred/thousands of feet vertical separation (barring terminal airspace which is usually highly controlled by ATC).
This looks downright amazing!!! Awesome!
saw one taxi & take off in Saint Paul, MN yesterday ........... looked absolutely awesome & fun!!!

A V-Tail with a castering nose wheel. I feel like I'm back in my 1947 Bonanza!
Wonderful Pilot... With a wonderful jet :)

This aircraft is moreover like a family 🚗 car good for a family to scoop from one city to another
It looks awesome!! I would love to fly this :-). I have a couple videos with me flying the SR22 GTS.
SF50 training center with a full motion sim is available in my city Poznań Poland!!! How cool is that? :)
Cool relates to temperature guys. Kool is the word your looking for.
I love your video.......
I wonder what happens if you have an electric failure, are there any analogue instruments as backup?
Don't know.. but you do have a parachute... ;-)
They have emergency battery back up power.
I would definitely take Him, like Ferrari California.. ;)
Beautiful aircraft would love to buy ☝️ one
Wow!!!!!
Soooo cool!!
A dream.
i cant even afford a car why the fuck i look at airplane ? XD
You can always steal one.
sweet
Good Morning. Is there a possibility to configure a Toilet on Board? Thanks
Sim, é possível! Existe a opção do Relief Station, que agrega um banheiro à bordo da aeronave.

And you still get the reliability of a turbine
Can you post some facts or actual stats about "owner crashes"?
500 deposit holders. One plane made per week. Ten year waiting list? Will production ramp up ten fold?
I would love to join the FLT ops experimental team
What is the song at the end?
Cantering nosewheel on a jet seems a tad strange...
I want one of these.
check out the new interior you want this thing even more
The exterior of this ISION SF50 looks ugly but good job with the SR22 airplane !
Arilar
Areliar I have given a massege to show me the SF30 of large size but till know I have not seen it.
I understand the jet is to be flown by its owner. What type of license would you have to have, Standard or Commercial Pilot's License?
PPL is the minimum
PPL with complex and high performance endorsements and an instrument rating. Jets also all require type ratings; to get an SF50 type rating you have to take the approximately 7 day course taught by Cirrus (and I believe type ratings have to be renewed every year.) Commercial license not required.
Why only 28.000 feet ceiling and not 31.000 feet? Does not make any scence.
It makes total sense. RVSM (Reduced Vertical Separation Minimum) is required for flight above 29,000ft and the cost for certification is high and has to be re certified every time the aircraft changes ownership. No reason to add costs for only 3000ft of altitude.
Realis Immobilien Management & Service
It's McGhee Tyson not Tyson McGhee.
How much is it?
2 Million Dollars.
they lowerd the price to 1 million if you're a pilot this would be cheap for you
pc-12
the cockpit is so ugly, it's like they put a cockpit on a cockpit. There is so much space each side of the cockpit.
to much money
Saw one last week in Pontiac. It has to be one of the ugliest jets we have ever seen....

Whitney Freeway Well said.

Yeah. I'd hate to drift out of my lane and sideswipe the jet next to me.
This is the ugliest thing I've ever seen!
