I think a good idea is a drink's corner with slushy machines since gas station usually sells them oh and also coffee(just get the non bloxbuck machine) and maybe an ice cream machine sounds good as well. That is what I have in the gas station/ convenience store near me.
About the gas station gambling story in Texas at the end Gambling is illegal in Texas and tons of gas stations have slots and stuff behind shelves so they make more money lmao
