These videos are vital for the new builders who are just starting out and don't have much mechanical experience. These tips and tricks and info really help out newbies understand how to. Great videos.
Great video! I’m glad to see you using the arch tensioner bracket to attach the muffler, it’s exactly how I attached mine. For the exhaust connection, might I suggest upgrading those to engine studs with nuts & lock washers, rather than bolts. The jug is soft aluminum and those threads may wear over time as routine maintenance or tinkering. Engine studs are much tougher and once you loctite them in, you can wench down your connection without worry of stripping your jug threads.
Thank you for sharing very helpful !! I wish I would have saw this 10 years ago. I still got 2 left to build for my personal use. Love your energy, I can tell you know what your talking about.
Looking forward to it, got my first one done, & it looks awesome, runs good rides great, it's was one problem after another, doing it all on tight budget, still having problems out of sprocket adapter, screws vibrating out.
Have you noticed any problems with vibration at either point on the setup? I would think the kick stand is solid but worry with the down facing nut coming loose, that said the tensioner looks inviting but I have hade issues with the bolts coming loose on the clutch plate(different pipe) I would be constantly checking the chain for bounce even if I consciously knew it was tight. Thanks for the build and love to hear back.
Hey Roger, thanks for the great question. Once this bike is together I’ll create a video on how to prevent this from happening by going through a thorough break-in adjustment process. Once everything is seated and tightened properly those pesky vibrations won’t be an issue for you. I upload a new video on this build every Friday so stick around & follow the process. Happy New Year!
nice video and I have looked at many more videos regarding the exhaust so....question, I have a stage 4 66cc 2 stroke kit on a Schwinn OCC chopper and the expansion chamber exhaust will not fit without modification and I am ok with modding it if need be, so if you was in this situation, which exhaust would you purchase for the best performance and fitment, fitment being key?
Thank you.I was going to use 'plumbers-tape'with pre-drilled holes, but I thought the strap would detract from what I want.(just have zip-ties while I was doing other stuff)Supplied strap broke in 2 days. Thanks for the great tips.Happy New Year, and to All who watch too.
Can i get the flex muffler that will fit the predator engine i can see where this would be awesome for use mini bike enthusiasts 😂❤ ant i love the look 👀
Look I'm a miserable humbug however I can't help for whatever it's worth to say thank you. Hopefully this let's you know your efforts were appreciated and I honor your integrity because I recognize you represent a bike shop however you never try to push your products and I'm gonna stop because I don't normally complaint another guy this much so yeah almost got my first build but second bike done lost the first one because I got ran over, even with blinking lites and pulled off to side of road to handle some phone business and I'm angry about it so I'm going to go use some drugs thanks bye

@@tonytaylor5087 yeah dude I’m excited to see riding videos of the bike also are you ever going to do a ported reed valve motor build
For sure, I’ve been prepping for the ride videos. Yes, will absolutely do ported reed valve builds this year. 🚀
@@tonytaylor5087 wow I’m very impressed
Loving your #BUILDITRIGHT Series. Thought it was going to be fakaloo but you are a genuine #BUILDITRIGHT kind of a guy.
If you ever have a exhaust leak use some ultra copper gasket maker. It works so good
I’m gonna try that!
owesome work .....thaks for a good explanation!! makes sense!

Great
Good job 👌😁😁😁😁
For my new build I might do this. Because of the fairings in the bike I can’t use the mz65 clone like my other bikes.
I’m betting that will work for you my man!
Thanks for the tips Tony #Builditright

You’re very welcome, this is definitely a more permanent solution than plumbers strap or other thin materials. Glad this helped you! Happy New Year!

#BUILDITRIGHT/BUILDITBETTER THANKS TONY TAYLOR
What an awful looking Jimmy rig of a poor exhaust solution but if it works for you okay. Jeez
Thanks for the feedback. You can make it look as pretty as you want tiny purple fishes. This is just an introduction to an idea that works. 😊
@@tonytaylor5087 you’re absolutely correct and sometimes I’m an ass I apologize
We All have 'those'days.Don't sweat it.You apologized.Happy Trails.
