You might not know this coz you weren't there then, but the Forgotten Temple is also in Breath of the Wild. It was full of Guardians, though they are actually easy to Paraglide past to get the shrine. Obviously it's safer now with just a few Bokoblin camps, as all Guardians have completely vanished.

I definitely remember it, the guardians were really distracting and I didn’t really focus on the temple. I also didn’t know how the Faron ruins would be in this game

37:34 A word of warning if you haven't done this shrine. DO NOT ASCEND THROUGH THE RISING PILAR! I saw the little swirls on the bottom, and thought you had to stake the platform below so you could ascend up. I managed to do it, but I ended up stuck INSIDE the pilar somehow. I thought if I bombed myself heartless, I'd end up back on the starting platform. Nope. Had to start the whole shrine over. Why they put the ascend mark on that pilar, I have no idea.
I am so bad at remembering to trade my Light Blessings. I've gone to the statues multiple times with twelve of them. It probably makes the game harder than it needs to be before I upgrade, but after, I feel so much more powerful.
Just as a tip, if you activate the shrines but not go in, you can teleport there anytime! You don’t have to do them if you activate them.

With the ball shrine, I struggled for a long time I finally fused a ball to my sword, and just threw it at the target and that ended up working.

It's nice of them to give you this room just so you can know the right order to watch these geoglyphs in but still, it's kind of surprising to me that watching the geoglyphs out of order can lead to apparently pretty massive spoilers and the game does so little to warn you of the dangers of that. I mean, i guess how would the game tell you that in a way that doesn't break immersion but still, it seems easy to end up having all these things spoiled so early on in the game if you're not careful and the game doesn't really warn you about that much...
Also, love the fact that Stampy is apparently playing ace attorney, man i wish i could have seen his raw reaction to some of those things he took screenshots of when he saw them first!
Stamps, I dunno if you'll see this, but if you havent noticed the lightroots are beneath shrines. So, whenever you get a lightroot that doesn't have a shrine above it then you can find a new shrine.

Hi Stampy! you should put rockets on the hot air balloon then save it with auto build! then you would have a portable lift!

Not really related to this vid but yesterday I got every shrine and for those who don’t know what the reward is, trust me, it’s cooler than botw of the Wild set.

hey stamps! just a quick tip, make sure to do the geoglyphs in order. the story in this game is much more substantial and important than botw. the story is very easy to spoil if you do them in wrong order. anyway I hope you are enjoying this game as much as I am !

Is there a chance the Forgotten Temple is a ruined version of Ocarina of Time's Forest Temple? The layout when he walked in reminded me of it, and that big circular thing in the middle could be that platform from OoT that leads you to the boss... Plus, the old-school Zelda vibes. Just a musing!
It is actually supposed to be the sealed temple from skyward sword. The massive goddess statue is the one that descends from the sky in that game’s ending.

Try to do the geoglyphs in the order shown on the wall in the forgotten temple
I hope you do the tarry town and the dragon shapped island! I will give directions too!
To get to the dragon island you need to have 10 hearts. But once you have ten you just go to the SkyView tower nearest to karariko village and there will be a big stormcloud fly into it and find the two shrines that will be in the island clump. Next to one of the shrines will be a cave with some vines in front. Cut the vines. Then you need ten hearts to open the door. But I won't spoil what's behind the door. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PRETTY PLEASE go there! Just a few more shrines and you will have enough hearts. You can do it soon! I will be looking for the video where you do it XD I have loved all your videos! I watched all one hundred and four breath of the wild videos and look forward to an even longer series for tears of the kingdom. Thank you so much Stampy for all you awesome jokes, your great adventures, your lively personality, and everything else. You top them all for RUclips videos. I can't wait for more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!🎉🎉❤

I did the wind temple first, by luck, Tullen is the most helpful even more after choosing him with the sage upgrade.
