I heard this recently at Todd Rundgren's concert in MN. Had to listen to it again!! The repertoire of Todd Rundgren is amazing. Thankful he shares it with us.
I LOVE this song!!!! I also love this CD. Certainly not understood by everyone, but then, what music has he made that "was" understood by everyone. He has "the courage to take his chances". I continue to bow to the master.
OMG, is this the drummer Paul Matthews from Lawrence Kansas? If so, i was just thinking of you today. I came across videos of Fang O Love. Loved that band! Cheers! Briana
51yrs old & still can't get enough of Todd.......a lifetime of love for the man & his music... Not even seeing Griffin Dunne ( I know him personally, to my DISMAY) acting like the twit he is, can ruin this for me. (He acted in "American Werewolf in London", "After Hours", and "Who's that Girl?" to name a few) Todd outshines EVERYONE!
this shows the brilliance of the man. NWO and the TR-i concept made perfect sense live when we were all bopping around the pod like this in the Manchester Academy in 1994, just like this London show a day or so before. Can't think of anyone else who would have the balls pull something like this off. It's time this show was rereleased on DVD!
I haven't heard much from Todd in years. Thanks for showing me how much fun and in touch he still is. This is great! Makes me want to see him live again.
excellent tour. I blew his mom a kiss for giving him to us. What a guy. A wizard a true star. Gonna see him do AWATS live in Akron on Sept 6, 2009...wooohooo Thx for posting this.... ox
AMAZING TO SEE THIS!This is in fact the first of the 2 London Forum shows (16th ?) which was not on the "Live in Cyberia " dvd , but actually came out as Live at the Forum on CD. I had a bootleg of it on tape for years beforeand have lots of stills too. If anyone has the Bang the Drum footage from that night (or even a photo), Id LOVE to see it as I was up on stage playing the drums!
What other artist has the self-assuredness to fill his tiny little stage with his fans... have them all rock out, and then peacefully depart in bliss for the experience with his singular brand of love permeating each and every one of them. It just doesn't get any better than this.
I saw this show in Atlanta, also. Superbowl weekend Jan 29, 1994. I hadn't followed Todd since the Ra album/tour. Just happened to see a promo for this show in the paper or would have missed it. Needless to say, the show got me back in the fold.
LOL, rec'd ARENA for my birhtday, which was right after the release, but actually listened to the release party on Rundgren Radio. I agree it is fantastic. Saw Todd in April and got a pic with him. There's no one better.
Saw this concert at The Roseland Ballroom in NYC early 1994, as well as Woodstock '94. I camped with other Toddfans at Surreal Field at the Todd Pod and spent the WHOLE day watching this same show ALL that day! It was amazing hanging with Todd. Good times.
I had tickets to a show in the 90s. I had to miss it with much regret because a friend, only 22 years old was gravely ill. I am sure it was a wonderful show. My ill friend listened to the cd. Even with his grave illness he loved the No World Order Cd.
Thx for the vid. I was at this show in Philly (yup, Todd's a homey of mine!). His mom was sitting on the regular stage and I just had to blow her a kiss for bestowing us with such a talented wonder. I'm not a rap fan, but he pulled this off brilliantly! Thx again.....
Todd always was and still is light years ahead ! You can never put a label on him put him in a box ! Rock on Todd ! Thank You for 40 years of awesome music !
Wow, caught this show in Atlanta, this brought back memories of a great show. LOL, still keep a picture I took of Todd on the Pod on my wall. I really appeciate this video.
Saw this show in Phoenix I think in 1994? One of the most memorable concerts I've seen, and I've been to a lot. Zappa in 1985 in Salt Lake City was also a great one!! Two of my top favorite artists! They're music will live on..................!
If this was the Forum Kentish Town London then I was there! We were upstairs and I'm sure we saw him throwing tea bags into the audience? It was a fantastic gig and that is definitely Lost Horizon in the background . Long live Todd!!
I saw the Fairfax High School show in L.A. It was postponed a month because of the big earthquake... Todd's equipment broke down and he ended the show taking requests with his acoustic guitar... Truly "interactive" - the old-fashioned way! Doesn't he usually segue into Lost Horizon from this song?
saw this show in Memphis, TN. True to Todd - it ROCKED! And look at his hot wife - still dancing her ass off. Love it! Rock on, M! You're an inspiration to many of us women!
Listen to All Todd's stuff, he is a very spiritual Soul. He's talking about WE THE PEOPLE of the Planet creating our own New Spiritual World Order, and not the bushies version.
4evernate28 and Michele is also quite pleasant in both personality and persona. Next time you're on Kaua'i, visit her excellent restaurant, Tiki Iniki, in Princeville. She was there when we came in after a long, hard day of travel, and cheerily posed for a photo with us.
Is there any videos of "The Ikon", "Hiroshima", "Freak Parade", "Magic Dragon Theatre", "Another Life", "Eastern Intrigue" , or anything of his progressive stuff !?? IMO it's the best thing that Todd ever did ! Thanks!
This was the first night, hence the lack of Direction. The DVD "Live in Cyberia" is of the next evening, and far better quality. Although I'd give an arm for the footage of "Bang the Drum all day" with me on it. This evening's performance was released in the 90s at "LLive at the Forum". Best evening of my entire life, but you had to be there... a man being totally indulged by a roomfull of friends.
I just love this guys voice! ...not to mention the message! Lead on, Todd! ...Lead on! ...and tho I love this vid, where's the band?! ...did he do this solo with dancers only?
I may not agree with everything Todd says, like this line in this song, "Do you want more sex,", but I love the guy, he makes a lot of sense in most of his songs. Not to mention he is an incredible musician.
Saw this show in Barcelona many year ago. Pure fun!
“Todd in the Pod” tour.
What memories !
I've never seen a better video in my life. I'm a changed man.
I know what you mean,Chris.
OMG. I'm a changed woman.
I heard this recently at Todd Rundgren's concert in MN. Had to listen to it again!! The repertoire of Todd Rundgren is amazing. Thankful he shares it with us.

i'm there dancing on stage with my black leather jacket. At the next gig I played guitar on Secret Society!! Best day of my life
OMG, is this the drummer Paul Matthews from Lawrence Kansas? If so, i was just thinking of you today. I came across videos of Fang O Love. Loved that band! Cheers! Briana
Oh wait... i am mistaken lol. So fun dancing at this show and also got to play drums on Bang on the Drum😊 Lyris still so pertinent today.💚

I play this every time I need my spirits lifted which is pretty much every day.
I'm not a londoner but I recognise meselfnevertheles. ;) This show was pure JOY! Thank you,Todd!

I saw this show in Portland Oregon at La Luna. I met Todd later that night in the parking lot we passed around a bottle of whiskey. Great times
LOL, rec'd ARENA for my birhtday, which was right after the release, but actually listened to the release party on Rundgren Radio. I agree it is fantastic. Saw Todd in April and got a pic with him. There's no one better.
I was there seems like yesterday
Saw this concert at The Roseland Ballroom in NYC early 1994, as well as Woodstock '94. I camped with other Toddfans at Surreal Field at the Todd Pod and spent the WHOLE day watching this same show ALL that day! It was amazing hanging with Todd. Good times.
Love Love Love... izzn't it NO world order??? typo. This Song ROCKS!!! Thanks so much ;)
I was there! What a show and Todd's first visit to these shores in many years. (Oct 2004)
I had tickets to a show in the 90s. I had to miss it with much regret because a friend, only 22 years old was gravely ill. I am sure it was a wonderful show. My ill friend listened to the cd. Even with his grave illness he loved the No World Order Cd.

Wow, caught this show in Atlanta, this brought back memories of a great show. LOL, still keep a picture I took of Todd on the Pod on my wall. I really appeciate this video.

The MAN . . .
this is an excellent song, really shows todd ability to adapt and keep on moving. thats what you got to love about rundgen for the last 30 years.
This is kick ass! Todd is in a class all by himself.
Todd is just as cool as it gets!! He can do it all what a bad ass jam this is!
A fabulous humanitarian message put to a groove you can't resist!!
I keep coming back to this video, it is great, and I get a lot of complements from my friends on this. I saw this show in Atlanta. What a blast!
I was one of the people on stage-wearing the t shirt with a goofy dinosaur-new this would attract Todd's attention

Thanks Fan!! Forgot how fun that show was..
listening again over & over..so great!
THANKS!
While I wouldn't say No World Order was my favorite Todd album, "No World Order" definitely ranks among my all time favorite Todd songs.
I was there and remember him smashing his MacBook he was so mad!?
saw this show in Memphis, TN. True to Todd - it ROCKED!
And look at his hot wife - still dancing her ass off. Love it! Rock on, M! You're an inspiration to many of us women!

"Rap""-"a la Todd Rundgren" style..Oo La La !" (PLAY IT!; + Rock On, Todd!!)
"Build a heaven on earth, hour by hour"
Todd writes the best humanist anthems!

Listen to All Todd's stuff, he is a very spiritual Soul. He's talking about WE THE PEOPLE of the Planet creating our own New Spiritual World Order, and not the bushies version.
Ah yes, the audience participation part of the evening 👏🏼❤
todd is still doing great after all these years.
i love this!
Great album
Dang...Todd's wife can dance!
4evernate28 and Michele is also quite pleasant in both personality and persona. Next time you're on Kaua'i, visit her excellent restaurant, Tiki Iniki, in Princeville. She was there when we came in after a long, hard day of travel, and cheerily posed for a photo with us.
Todd's fairy princess!
She's hot
I LOVE THIS!! Thank you for posting!!

Guys kinds genius
Kinda. yeah.
I saw this show at The International Ball "Dump" uh.."Room" in Atlanta. Really cool concert in a really run down venue, back in the day.
I am on this video. Dancing on stage in the goofy dinosaur t shirt.
This was released as a Live DVD? I must have this, Todd Is God!
Im not suprized to hear Todd rappin, but it is the first rap song ive heard all the way through. cool song
Great docudrama of Todd Rundgren going rap.
Magi Dragon Theatre was a good guess, but incorrect. The song of his own being sampled, is Blue Orpheus., off the A Cappella album.
TR-i and crew at their peek!
Crap. Wish I could have been there, but I was only three... :)
2.32 secs in - left of frame. Me! (Where can you get a copy of the whole concert? live in Cyberia. surely it's time we had an English release!)
I just love this guys voice! ...not to mention the message! Lead on, Todd! ...Lead on! ...and tho I love this vid, where's the band?! ...did he do this solo with dancers only?
Lots of data for the ad but none for the video,
Thanks verizon!
Great Song
yes agree
Ultimate vision.with a music note. Ah yes..
I may not agree with everything Todd says, like this line in this song, "Do you want more sex,", but I love the guy, he makes a lot of sense in most of his songs. Not to mention he is an incredible musician.
Recorded in 1992, released in Japan in early 1993 and hit the US about 6 months later.
Toddis god and loved!
