Try this: Detune two saw wave oscillators by 10-15 cents in program mode, set amp envelope release to taste on both oscs. Save the program and layer that 4 times in combi mode and detune further between them +/- 5 cents. Put one of them +1 octave. Create another program with just high-pass filtered white noise, and add that in the 5th combi channel, mix to taste. For insert effects, add detune, ensemble chorus (small amount), stereo delay and hall reverb. EQ to taste.
When working with drums in combi mode, this thread is the secret to getting the crucial side chain pumping effect for trance. It's about the M3 but it works on the M50. forums.karma-lab.com/forum/showthread.php?t=14928
