Fun fact: Ateez San is a third degree blackbelt in taekwondo. Also this song was written and composed by Hongjoong.
Ateez san has a 3rd degree black belt in taekwondo and his father runs a taekwando gym, jongho comes from a family of athletes and is insanely strong (he was going to become one as well, but then he fell in love with singing), and yeosang is obsessed with working out.
Wooyoung also has a history of doing Taekwando. I wouldn’t wanna mess with any of them lol

fun fact: Yeosang won wrestling(?) in Idol Star Champion back in 2020, if I'm not mistaken. Do correct me if I'm wrong. And he's not even that buff like now when that happened; slim if I may say. Imagine his strength be doubled right now.

ATEEZ has some very athletic members, the other comments have already covered that lol. The song was actually written and composed by the Leader Hongjoong. He’s a big fan of classic movies (which is where I think he got the inspiration from) This apart of their Japanese album they have a new song coming out in the 25th titled The King and a new Korean comeback in July!

San is a third degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and his dad used to have a gym. Hongjoong wrote and composed Rocky and was definitely inspired by the movie! ATEEZ definitely has some hard hitting songs, The Leaders, To The Beat. You can check out WIN which they've posted a live version of from the Seoul concert in 2020. The best guide to ATEEZ is by Etini which is very informative! Unfortunately it's been taken down, but you can still find it on YT.
It was reposted to Johnny X Reacts channel (with permission). There are a few newer ones, but I still think Etini's does the best job showing their personalities. The Ultimate Guide is also good but it's super long.
Ateez is so underrated
They are great help in promoting ATEEZ cause I saw their live Reactions to ATEEZ and some asking who are ATEEZ and got curious.
