Great video meditating in the snow seems like quite a challenge you can keep yourself warm with perfect breath control and it's also like meditating under a waterfall they say if you can tolerate the cold waterfall your meditation is perfect meditation is difficult for me I have a fear of missing out I always want to be present and in the moment you'd me surprised how many negative ways a fear of missing out can manifest
I can totally understand you! I thought I could never ever meditate in my life and I hadn't tried it, because I was sure it wasn't for me. When I started meditating, I realized that gradually I could quite my mind, something that is so so hard for me to do, just for a few seconds and then a few more. Even those moments of silence where precious to me. So I understood that I could meditate listening to relaxing music and maybe so can you! 🌲❄🌲
@@HavenForWitches when I was in high school I self taught myself self-hypnosis and when I was a child I astral projected for some reason I can't do either of those things but I could before I'll definitely try again in the future cuz I know that wiccans are supposed to meditate every day
