Philippines also sent 2 thousand soldiers in the Vietnam war. Though they have mainly taken the back seat and focused more on supporting role such as clerical and medical functions. Mostly for humanitarian aid. Philippines value freedom and democracy the most and will almost always never back down whenever someone tries to invade it's land and territory.
