  • Flat feet lead to foot, ankle, knee, hip, and even lower back problems.
Most of the time, healthcare professionals do not understand the root problem that causes flat feet. This causes them to focus on treating the pain and symptoms rather than fixing the root problem.
For people suffering from a certain type of flat foot called a functional flat foot, they can improve it naturally without having to rely on unnecessary equipment, medications, injections, or surgery.
In this video, Dr. David answers the question “Can flat feet really be cured?” and explains everything you need to know to help flat feet.

This guy is the best on hips! I’ve just bought the hip recovery program and I’ve quickly become addicted to it - I had an arthroscopy six years ago and have suffered a sore hip ever since - his hip recovery program makes total sense regarding my foot stride strength, weak glutes and thus muscle imbalances - if you have hip arthritis get his program - if you get it most importantly engrain it on your mind and become obsessed with doing the exercises - As I can tell you it works - it did for me - The exercises are a life process I am going to do forever - you have to put the work in though, just buying the program doesn’t do it for you ! good luck with hip pain it’s horrible ! but this guy really can help you! Vic in UK 👍

I had the foot surgery where they fused bones using plates and screws. The surgery was a failure (the doc's response "hmmm, I've never seen that happen. All we can do is another surgery"). I refuse to do another surgery so I deal with the consequences. My feet/arches are uneven which has now affected my knee and my hip is not aligned so I just bought custom orthotics for >$370. This video has given me hope that there is still something else I can do to help myself.

You have helped me understand my issues SOOO much better than the traditional docs! Everytime I view many of your videos on one issue, I see where that is a result of other issues that I have but didn't realize they are connected! Everything seems minor, because it doesn't hurt; but over time, will develop into something very uncomfortable. THANK YOU FOR SHARING!

I needed to here this, now. I'm having the knee pain and low back & hip pain you talked about and have been frustrated as to why. Even looked into knee surgery. Thankfully Covid interfered. These are all issued that have developed slowly across the last decade or so. It's hard to pick stuff out when its a long slow slam. Now I have the possibility of a way forward. A large 'thank you'!

Have you tried The Good Feet Store? If so can you give your thoughts on the Three Step System. I purchased The Strengtheners a few years back..painful to break in but helps. Do you think custom insoles are the best? And what do you look for in a shoe for high activity...daily.

chronic atrophy/lack of muscle in the foot due to never walking barefoot + wearing to narrow toebox shoes = feet deformation.
Easily fixable if the cause is properly adressed.

I have functional flat feet. The inner side of my left knee hurts when over exercise. Knees feel stiff too. Would the Kybun shoes help?

I was having some low back pain with pain in my buttocks. I was considering the chiropractor, but I started rolling my back and even by lumbar, which might not be good. Prior, I used the hydrocollator. After a couple days it's almost normal yay.

I keep telling my friend who has a bad knee to drink more water! She has 6 or more indications from inadequate water intake. She drinks 1L daily now and before 0L. I don't know why it's so hard.

Dear doctor, thank you very much.💖💖💖💖 I have a question for you. I have functional pes planus and chondromalacia patella. Is strengthening my foot muscles, hip muscles and VMO muscles good for these disorders? In this video, you squeeze your toes with your feet straight in the walking exercise, is this correct or is it walking with my feet turned out a little?💝💝💝💝💝

If my feet were flat at birth and all throughout my life (I am almost 60) and I have always had an active lifestyle, running, hiking, etc…..how do the muscles in my feet become week while there are some people that do very little but have high arches
? This doesn’t seem to make sense. I think it is more genetic foot structure that is the difference. I am not talking structural abnormalities….just variations in structure just enough to cause a different muscular adaptation. Not necessarily “week” muscles….I think that is wrong. Also, this concept of having to “fix” flat feet is not necessary for those who live well with them and is a way to suck people into watching videos.

The fastest man in the world has flat feet…….saying people have week muscles in their feet and that’s why they have flat feet is not really correct.
