I loved this episode, it gave joxer a Time to shine. Wish they kept that bell spell for every episode he was in
This proves that Joxster did deserve more character development, because under the cowardly-idiotness, he was far more capable than he knew. It's disappointing that never really went anywhere.
His courage shown many times though.
They definitely should've done a spin off with Joxster as the lead.

Its his no believing in himself and his abilities that always held him back, Aphrodite only amplified what was already there within Joxer naturally.
Gabrielle didn't want Joxer, but she was always a bit jealous when other women showed interest for him 😁. I find it a pity that there was never an episode showing the Joxer / Meg couple, it could have been very funny!

I grew up with Hercules and Xena, I always see him as Cupid and Ceasar, but he was also Mael and Kor. Many New-Zealand actors starred in Hercules and/or Xena in the 90's

I forgot how much they would reuse actors for different characters here. And while Craig Parker played 3 different people in Xena, I see him here as Prince Sarpedon and I just think Glaber from Spartacus.
They really did. Many of the oldies in Spartacus was here. Titus as Jason is Hercules, Solonius as the king and I remember Illithya's father and Varus as well.
