That doesn't matter, he was during his set. There were other who are also best among their set before he even think of getting admission into NDA. So coming from North does not mean a thing in the military. The best Cadet so far from Academy is Bayelsa State. His record hasn't been broken.

False information. Navy Captain Udoessein(50RC) is the best graduating Military officer in NDA history with 8 awards on his POP Day. Secondly, ACA(Academy Cadet Adjutant) is not the highest appointment in NDA but ASUO( Academy Senior Under Senior Officer).
