Thank you, Malik! For providing such a great public service on a hot day. (We're getting a lot of those these days.) I'm 65, been skating for 12 years, inspired by JB, but living in a place with NO rhythm skaters. These tutorials help open up REAL skating to us out in the boonies.
hey Malik.. this is D millz son i was watching this and was surprised to hear his music again.. im so glad his music was touching everyone miss him very much thank you for this video.
I’m out here practicing today and after years of watching others, and recently actually watching videos, I think I found a description I can actually practice! Thanks Malik!
Started skating during Covid at 30 something. Crazy legs has been something I’ve tried off and on, probably watched 100 different tutorials on it and by far this is the one that 1.) Made the most sense, and 2.) Actually help me make progress! After about 30 minutes, I was actually almost doing it. I’m confident if I keep practicing, even if I never watched this again, I’d be able to do it and continue to get smoother. Thank you! Subscribed!
Thank you so much for sharing. Your tutorial on this move seems so much more doable vs the other two that I just watched. I have an 8 year old that loves to skate with me, so we both are going to be drilling to get this move down.
So after struggling to get the rhythm after understanding the movement/technique for some time, it finally clicked when watching you! I went riding today with my friend and could not stop doing it. I still lose my rhythm and balance here and there but it feels so good to finally have it registering into my muscle memory. Thanks, Malik from SoCal! ✌🏿🖤
Thanks for the HD videos of people skating, great vibes, slick camera work, I'm loving it. These tutorials are superb too. They encourage me to skate more. What skates do you have?
Yooooo here we are 2 wholes years later of being posted and this is the video that helped me understand the crazy leg but I can only do it on my toes boy ain’t that weird
yasssssss Malik!! been skating for a min..never been taught like this..might be the fact that your easy on the "eyes" IJS...thank you for this lovely tutorial
Malik yooda best brodi, I've been hip to you for about three weeks now You're a great tutor I'm a beginner skater excited about this new hobby of mine! What kind of wheels are those ?
Hey Malik we appreciate your videos of all the rinks you go to. My brothers taught me how to Crazy Leg when I was 21 and it only took me a month then I started crazy legging backwards! Coming to you from the StL at Skate King!🎈🎉❤😇💪
maaaan im tryiing this shyt right now, its like it was easy the first 2 steps and then the last step it was like what?!?! but im over here sweating and im trying hahaha thank you! ZEE
Thank you!!! Open motion, close, open close!!!! That’s all! All the others are confusing! 1st position, pivot, create a C, get on your toes, start all over with the left foot - UNNECESSARY!!! 🙅🏾♀️🙅🏾♀️🙅🏾♀️
I've been doing this without realizing it was a trick with an actual name. It was just something people did at the skating rink I used to go to and I picked up on it lmfao. I always saw it as one foot going forward and the other going back on the front wheels, and doing the letter S with both feet
I started practicing Crazy Legs last November. I’ve watched too many tutorials since then to remember. I still haven’t mastered it, yet. At this point I’m not sure if I ever will but I will save this video and follow the instructions. Maybe this one can help me where the others didn’t. Lol, perhaps I wasn’t meant to learn Crazy Legs?
The version he shows at the beginning and the one he teaches are slightly different. Real crazy legs is all on toes. If you wanna get it super fluid. However if your just starting out then this simplified version is fine. Once your calfs and muscle memory are up to scratch you can rock the harder version.
Great instructional video!!! Thank you so much!! If you don’t mind, can I please request an instructional video on the backward shuffle as a transitional move???!!! Also appreciate you teaching at Glenwood’s lesson during the IR weekend!!!💕
Do we have to take off the toe stops to do this? Thanks for sharing all these useful tutorials, I'm really new and hope to get better. I already followed you in IG and now come here, liked and subscribed 😊 greetings from Malaysia 🇲🇾

This was the best tutorial I’ve seen on crazy legs, very simple, straight to the point, and beautifully explained. THANK YOUUUU!!!
Yoooo I’ve watched a million tutorials this was by far the most simple and made the most sense. Thank you sir 🙏🏼

Thanks for breaking it down like this! It's so much different from what other people are teaching!
Thanks a bunch, Malik! Your intermediate step of open/close is a key to success for many of those learning.👍Best wishes!
Smooth ❤❤❤❤❤

Another killer tutorial! This totally worked for me! Other videos got me all discombobulated but the way you presented it really made sense to me!
It may sound stupid, but I just like watching you skating. So fluent and agile, keep the video coming. Nice job.
Thank you so much for sharing. Your tutorial on this move seems so much more doable vs the other two that I just watched. I have an 8 year old that loves to skate with me, so we both are going to be drilling to get this move down.
I really appreciate you! The moves are simplified. Now I have the foundation finally. I just have to work on the flow of it.
This environment is so aesthetically pleasing. it pleases me.

@1:00 that's the people who don't want to practice & want instant gratification . I call them Tiktokers. 🤣🤣⚰️
haha most definitely
Thanks so much! I’ve been over complicating this so much lol
Do we have to take off the toe stops to do this? Thanks for sharing all these useful tutorials, I'm really new and hope to get better. I already followed you in IG and now come here, liked and subscribed 😊 greetings from Malaysia 🇲🇾
Probably better to do so. but if you're able find the "sweet spot" between floor and your toe stop you should be fine.
Malik!!!!!!!!!
what’s the intro and outro song?
Thank you, for the lesson “Crazy Leg” with Swag.
No problem, you're welcome!
Yes thank you. About time you post on RUclips lol.
Will you be making more tutorials soon?😊
