I've been doing this for years . I always cut it off afterwards and file edges .
    These are beautiful.
    I use dimensional magic

Thanks so much for watching, I used to use dimensional magic but when doing a side by side comparison of diamond glaze, they differ greatly. Diamond glaze to me is better for the dome effect but if you just want a thin glaze then dimensional magic is the way to go. Thanks again so much for watching.

Those came out gorgeous! What I am thinking to try is cutting some shapes of black cardstock either on my Cricut Joy or with a die cutter and gluing layers of the cardstock together until it is as thick as the wood. I don't have wood pieces to work with, so I have to improvise. I can custom make any shapes and sizes that I please, and I can cut the decorative papers to match exactly. Craft hole punches could work, too. Those come in lots of shapes and sizes. I have some big circle punches. Thing is, I just broke my arm and can't do much of anything yet. But soon. I love the projects you make!

I have seen videos where they are using a hand dremmel. Can use other attatchments.
So I went and purchased a kit. I have not tried yet. I tried this way. For me yes its a lot of work. You can use the dremmel to drill the hole. Yours turned out to be beautiful Diva. ❤😮🙏💕. I have everything I need. You make everything so easy. Thank you for the videos. 💕🙏🌸

You are using a nail buffer not a nail file. Nail files are much coarser.

Thanks for the video, the earrings are great, but whatever you sealed them with, took away some of the brightness of the colors, they looked a bit cloudy & that horrible loud sports noise in the background was very annoying to say the least, please do not do that again, yeah I guess I could have muted it, but I was still trying to listen to what you were saying. Well thanks anyhow.
