Yes Memphobro I do love this dance. Especially when i am lead properly and challanged above my level of dance. Unfortunately, usually one person from the relationship enjoys this dance more than the other. My husband lovesgolf wayyy more that steppin, but I am glad that he still fits it in his schedule for me. BTW, we don't practice together. LOL
Thanks Angela, you and Tony are on your way. I look forward to seeing you guys every week... you guys make my job soo easy. See you Friday class #4. Oh yeah, my heels are 4 inch platform (smile)
Candie Clark what part of the state do you reside in? I'd like to show you how to learn more about steppin.....if you can follow the rythm to any song you could learn it with no problem.... the easiest way to learn is to learn the basics and remember the count.... all your twist and your turns is going to be on count 1 and 3 if you pay attention to the females when they're spinning you'll see that they going into that spins on count 1 and 3 pay attention to the start off of the female and then count when you see her start to step the females always start off on the right foot...
Do your thang girl... love it! My family and I will be in the NC area in August and like your hubby mines loves sports more than steppin, so I was wonder if you could recommed somewhere we could hang out. We will be in Fayetteville... Any help you could give would be great. Thanks in advance
