The disadvantages of men becoming stepfathers is a conversation women are always going to be disingenuous with. Women naturally are going to think only of the benefits to themselves and their children. Playing stepdad is for those who are suckers, subpar, and not the pick of the litter. No valuable man is going to choose to be in a relationship with a woman that already has children. No man of value is going to advocate for other men to play the father role for a family that is not theirs.
Having a child out of wedlock, having a child at a young age, and not being with the man that you chose to have a child with are all signs of bad judgement. It's just like the criminal analogy that Anton used. If you made a mistake at a young age, it doesn't matter that you were young. Your mistakes follow you everywhere and certain mistakes automatically disqualify you from putting yourself in certain positions. In the case of a felony your mistake disqualifies you from certain employment opportunities. In the case of having a child young or out of wedlock it disqualifies you from a certain standard of men. You might get a man as a single baby momma, but that man is 100% a sucka simp.
