    Seems like a large adjustment. Tells me the data collection techniques are way behind in either methods or technology or both. Such large adjustments break down the confidence Americans have in the statistics from the Bureau of Labor & Statistics. America deserves better.

    Are self-employed and contracted services counted in the jobs estimates?

      I'm not. Been a 1099 worker for 20 years. In 2023, my 250k/year income dropped by 80%. I guess I don't count as unemployed, yet I'm ALMOSY f'd.
