Infantile Spasms

Infantile Spams, a very severe form of epilepsy that requires prompt treatment at the nearest children's hospital emergency room.
This type of seizure started for him at 10 months of age, marked upper extremity stiffening and eye rolls that happened every 10 seconds or so.
Infantile spasms cause significant brain damage without prompt treatment, and even then, significant regression and damage may still occur.
