Add more weight on the front and you will get better steering also you could try putting a thin piece of styrene on the center of each ski or channeling the center of each ski,you might also look at shorter and lower handle bars for a more scale appearance,beautiful work.

I used a 55T motor, which is quite slow. With faster motor, it can develop high speed on ice. There might be branches and rocks under the snow and it's still fragile, I wanted to keep it safe. It's on EBay until December 18th.

There are holes for the LEDs and foil reflectors inside, but I think the texture of the lamp without light looks good too.
