Hey Chris, as you know in Trinidad we use to roast sweet potatoes in the coal on the outside fireside and that was a total awesome snack.

Hi Chris good morning I would always boil now I would definitely make it like this because my son loves sweet potato because he does a lot of exercise in the gym he don’t eat flour rice sugar oil or any fatty foods have a wonderful day bye.

I love these roasted sweet potatoes. But the best I ever had was in Jamaica. On a drive between Kingston and the north coast, I stopped by the road where they were cooking and selling tempting foods. I had a yam (white flesh, not sweet) which was roasted under the earth. MInd blowing! Just sorry I can't find these yams in the U.S.

I really do not cook sweet potato. This will be an incentive. They are loaded with minerals and A, B, and C vitamins. They are a "superfood." Thank you for the heads up on the sap too, I'll wear gloves 👍🏼
