They can come to check up on the complaint, but unless there are multiple complaints and then the officer actually hears the loud noise, then they can do no more than give them a warning to keep the noise down.
Subway Karen was completely in the right. Businesses can deny service to anyone they choose for any reason. And they can call the police. And the older property guy may have been a douche , but the kid antagonizing him is an absolute asshole. The kid behind the camera is more of a Karen then the older guy.
