- I want to show how to service your bolero turbocharger.. Watch carefully. This method will help your vehicle turbocharger last extra long life...
1. Take a quarter litre of diesel.. In a bottle... Punch a small hole.
2. Remove the pipes in intake pipe. And turn the opposite side of the pipe so that the dirt from turbo doesn't enter the engine..
3. Pour a half of quarter in bottle before starting the engine..
4. Now start the engine covering partially from turbo pipe with cloth... (so that the dirt n waste doesn't flash in the engine...)
5. Do it again... Pouring diesel in intake air filter pipe... And accelerate half and full.. As seen in the video...
Do it 3-4 times... After that turn it off the engine ... Fit all the pipes and airfilter to its own place... Now good as new.
This method helps the turbocharger to last long...
As dust sticks in turbocharger, thus damaging the bearing inside the turbocharger... Which makes the lubricant (mobile) from engine goes to intake pipe and exhaust out put. Draining the mobile... You all know when there is no mobile in engine...

What are you using to clean erg? Diesel or petrol
diesel... or u can mix diesel with petrol... (like diesel 70% n petrol 38%... for better clean...) or just diesel will do... only petrol will not be good.
after cleaning... clean up all the spill parts with clean cloths

my bolero 2014 do turbo giving blck smoke when i connect the coupler to the solenoid valve! power loss occurs! removing the solenoid valve coupler increases the pickup little but black smoke it gives! cleaned the egr but not worked

My tata sumo gold bs4..engine oil leakage from turbo radiator(lower turbo joint part)..what is the problem plz suggest?
thats a serious problem bro. u have to change the turbocharger imediatly..
the reason why there is mobile in the intercooler side is... its the mobile leak from turbo goin to the intercooler..
soon it will end up ur engine...
for timing u have to check ur engine mobile regularly...
bs4 have weak turbo... u have to replace... (does the vehicle consumes mobile???) i can get another hint for that
or try opening the intercooler and wash with petrol.. see how much mobile is there in intercooler... if there are lots the u should change the turbo...
if its a little.. u can use... (just clean thurouly intercooler with petrol.)

Manifold to engine side is removed.... To let the waste/dirt get away.. watch carefully

i don't understand hindi....
there will be few mobile leak inside the turbo oilseal... and when it leaks dust gets in turbine..thus making to jam and making turbocharger sieze... its its best way to flush with diesel or kerosene...

ask the mechanic to check EGR valve or check pump.
if smoke problem maybe EGR problem... ask the mechanic to disconnect the erg valve.
I already block egr valve by metal foil . It ok ya not good for engine
After block egr valve no black smoke ..and good average and pickup better

Man ur turbo's impellar side is leaking oil. Its bearings/bush might be worn out. It needs replacement. This cleaning wont help u, i guess!!!!

pour the diesel a litre and gind outlet air line from turbo... and let the waste and diesel out from there...
Due all good but you are not doing things clean. Why was the waste just spilled over the engine block ! No customer desire this on their car. After 5 such services the engine bay will be like a drainage. Keep things clean, respect the design !

ऐसा करने से टर्बो को नुकसान होता है, क्योकी उसमे पितल के बियरिंग्ज होते है उनको ऑईल चाहीए होता है, और अगर उसमे डिझेल चला गया तो बहुत देर तक निकलता नाही, बहार निकालकर अच्छेसे साफ करना चाहीए और बाद मे सुखने के बाद वापस लगाना चाहीए.

Vepo Turbo Tenenu Diesel Particles are harmful for oil film buildup inside the engine, specially designed turbo bearings are getting damaged. Trust me I am Mechanical engineer, and I also having Sumo Gold for last 6 years.
If you really want to clean the turbo, then remove it from engine and then clean throughoutly, and again install after fully drying.
I did just to clean the dust particles inside the turbo..... Diesel won't harm the turbo just for cleaning...
