Just found some of your true crime and other "documentaries" and I love them! Especially the one about the dutch girls where you go on and discuss the case. More of these if you have the willpower to do them! True crime channels are pretty abundant, but I have yet to see one that inspects the case as closely as you do.

Yeah...that burger looks so flat. I think I only went to Wendy's once and I only ordered a milkshake so have no idea if that's how they always looked/look. Doesn't look good though.

If I remember correctly, it was the gravy specifically he thought tasted like shit. He was rather proud of his gravy recipe and didn't like they were selling a pale imitation of it.

I know this video is a year old but, I'm approximately 3 minutes in and I am howling. Like, aside from the depressing irony of the accuracy.... The little dances with the backdrop of these depressing videos absolutely killed me.

The intro to the Wendy’s vid might seem quaint by today’s standard but I remember it was a groundbreaking moment in multimedia entertainment. It changed my life for the better. I realized what was possible and what the creative human mind is capable of. Kids these days…. Amirite?

In the final part of the video there is no audio, I think they ereased it for copyrights reasons.
You're correct. They put a copyright claim on the video so I had to remove the audio where the music played..it does come back again later

To be fair, I think the idea of the square burger it tricks you into thinking that you're getting more meat than bun, especially with the value menu items.
It’s been a while since I’ve had a Wendy’s hamburger, but I don’t remember them being square. I seem to remember them being round like a normal hamburger. I feel like I was lied to. I had to sit though this in 2014, middle of nowhere rural Kentucky. I thought I was going to get shot, I was in fear for my life. It was one of three options, I'm dead, they are going to place this on repeat for me for years until I die or they lost the other videos, Anyways, great people I met there. Was an alright summer job.

In highschool my friends and I worked at fast food chain restaurants. Many of those times just to see who could get fired the fastest. This led to me working at 6 different restaurants (Wendy's 3 times, McDonald's, Burger King, Taco Bell, Arby's, and Dairy Queen) during my senior year. I actually remember seeing this video. Wendy's burgers are square for utilizing space in the metal pans for delivery. They are the only fast food restaurant that uses fresh hamburger so they can't just jam a bunch of frozen burgers in a cardboard box and ship it out the door like everyone else. Also their chili does use patties that are burnt or that weren't sold soon enough and are no longer considered fresh off the grill but the the chili is made fresh on site and cooked for 6 hours with all other ingredients being fresh. The cheese for the chili (though not their salads) is even real. A rarity in fast food. You really can't get any closer to how you would prep your food at home than Wendys as far as fast food is concerned. McDonald's burgers are cooked in this pressure cooker thing and go from frozen solid to the bun in 30 second's. Burger King puts their hamburgers in a microwave. Taco Bell isn't even real food. It's powder with hot water added. Anyway don't eat at any because it's all bad for you and the employees will fuck with your food especially if you are rude. That's as close to a guarantee as anything in life. But some just fuck with your food cause they get off on it. Literally in some cases. I seen a guy cut his finger and while making burgers, at Wendy's coincidentally, used the buns to keep wiping his bloody finger off. Once a guy pissed in the pickle container. Another literally was sticking his finger in his butt crack (not sure how deep he got) and was wiping it on whatever food he was prepping. This is just the stuff I seen in my roughly 6 months of total time worked at these kind of places. So moral of the story if you must eat fast food Wendy's makes theirs the best and is the freshest and don't ever be rude to the people that work there and then hope and pray.

@@somerandomuser5155 we would mostly sort of tie cause when one finally got fired the rest would quit and it was off the the next place to make a mockery of. Let me see, I remember going to work drunk with beer in one of the restaurants cups so it didn't look like beer but it sure smelled like it. Smoked pot by the dumpsters, finger blast girls in the freezer. Just being an all around screw up.

These training videos were all bad. I still remember the Burger King fry video with the fries in a boxing ring against McDonald's fries. As if they could ever face off against McDonald's fries, especially in the 90s when all fries were still fried in the delicious properness of yesteryears. 😋😭. I really should have got a job at McDonald's and not Burger King. 🤦♀️. Better yet, I should have got a part time job that wasn't at a fast food restaurant.
