    My school's marching band did a show with the JLCO, it was super cool meeting these guys as a trombone player myself.

      if youre a professional you really need range up to the dub F though!

      His name is Elliot Mason and he's sponsored by BAC Musical Instruments, I think he has his own signature model that they sell as well

      Elliot Mason. Amazing Trombone/valve trombone player. Some pretty great videos of him playing with Randy Brecker, Tim Miller, Janek Gwidala, and Gary Husband. Highly recommend.

    As a trumpet primary, I think hitting a dub F on trombone is pretty easy. It's when you get beyond the triple Bb on trombone that higher notes start becoming more pointless lol
