I'm also about to get ready for next year. My 2 kids at 8 and 11 years old are in public school and my soon to be 4 years old is going to start homeschooling in august. I've found 5 paperback books with tasks so far 😊
I only had to get one child ready for church camp and it was a lot if work. But so worth it. I love books and I love to see children excited about them. I tell my grandchildren that a book can take you on a journey and you never leave your home.
The homeschool books saved us a ton of money back in our days of homeschooling. I both bought and sold things at them. A few times when I was there selling I even was able to do an even exchange with a mom and we both got books that we needed without money changing hands. In our homeschool support group we even borrowed from each other because some of us were using the same curriculum. I miss those days yet I am also glad to have them behind me. My youngest is now 30 so that shows you how long that I have been "retired".

Sorry I’m not too familiar with what’s involved in homeschooling, but do you not keep the text books each year and hand them down to the younger kids? Would it not just be the oldest girl you have to buy for? Also I noticed you put your groceries singly in the car. In the uk we reuse our bags and have large ones that hold lots of groceries. Love your vlogs
I do keep what I can or would possibly reuse. But most of the curriculum and what I purchased is the consumables. So I have the teacher books already hit need to replenish workbooks for the kids. But we also run into homeschool isn’t a one size fits all. Some curriculum may not work for some students. So the groceries is Sam’s and it’s bulk purchased meaning it’s bigger sizes. Most things are big and not a big deal to carry and don’t require bags.

Just a idea to share with you , maybe go to storage trailer and go through books and clothes so you are not-stuck with even more stuff when moving day arrives ❤
I wish people would stop judging. We want our own house. Things don’t always go as we hoped or planned. I don’t share everything here on RUclips. Know we have a lot going on that won’t be shared.
I understand what she is saying. It could have been worded differently. Many are thinking the same. Share what you want but you do seem to be moved in to stay and if that works that's all that matters. Questioning not having your own home is not judging.
