Karin Park
Sie wird als die Nico des Scandi-Goth bezeichnet und ist unter anderem mit Ikonen wie Lana Del Rey und David Bowie aufgetreten.
Sie drückt sich nicht nur durch Musik, sondern auch durch Mode und Parfüm aus. Aber um wirklich zu verstehen, wer Karin Park ist, muss man wissen, woher sie kommt. Ein pummeliges Kind aus einer christlichen Familie, das immer wieder aus der Enge des Landes ausbrechen wollte und dabei ihren einzigen Vorteil nutzte: ihre einzigartige Stimme. In einem kleinen schwedischen Dorf als Außenseiterin angesehen zu werden und die Jahre, die sie in einer Missionsschule in Japan verbrachte, ließen sie nach etwas Größerem streben.
Mit 15 zog sie weg, um in der Musik ihr Zuhause zu finden. Nach ihrem Studium am Stockholmer Musikkonservatorium brachte ein norwegischer Dichter sie nach Norwegen, wo sie ihre Popkarriere begann. Sie gewann einige Grammys, zog nach London, um Songs zu schreiben und als Model zu arbeiten. Aber ihr Herz war immer bei der Musik. Nach 5 Alben und Kollaborationen wie "Tokyo by night" für Hook'n'Sling und Axwell kehrte Karin in das Dorf ihrer Jugend zurück und kaufte die Kirche, in der sie als Kind zum ersten Mal vor Publikum sang. Zusammen mit ihrem Mann, dem Frontmann der norwegischen Rockband Arabrot, verwandelte sie die Kirche in ein kombiniertes Studio und Zuhause.

Yesterday, i was lucky to enjoy the show in poland on the same tour and it was magnificent, so many impressions, three different shows, each one so different yet so compelling, so charismatic people on the stage and Karins ocultistic tracksuit... outstanding.
