Changes I've made this year; - Deleted twitter off my phone - Stopped drinking soft drink - Started exercising 3-4 times a week. Doing these things has honestly changed my life so much!
Healthy Habit: I turned myself into a morning workout person. That way, it’s DONE. It’s out of the way, it doesn’t stress me out thinking about when and how I’m going to work out later, I don’t have to shower twice, and I don’t have to feel guilty if I go out for happy hour after work or just stay home and watch Netflix with my dog all night - I already worked out! Starts the day with a sense of accomplishment.

Here are my healthy habits that have fueled me this year: 1. Going to the gym a couple of days a week with a PLANNED routine (this changes everything). And if I can't, I would at least be active and move 2. Reading lots of books, and changing the type of book constantly 3. Having goals outside of work 4. Spending weeknights cooking and self-caring, and recharging my social battery 5. Being unafraid in social situations, people don't notice just you nervous you are as much as you, so take advantage of that

Keeping a planner! This month I started keeping a planner and just write down my big to-do items for the day, and then self care items which are the same each day (drink water, eat breakfast, gym, etc). It has helped so much to keep me on track with longer projects and self care goals, and I love being able to look back on my progress!
I do a Gratitude run every morning. It’s basically running and then saying out loud 3 things your grateful for and then saying 2 things you want to accomplish that day. That really help me to be more mindful. Also 15 min meditation is a good habit I want to include in my morning routine. :)
Drinking more water!! I used to hate drinking water, but I started out with just a small amount each day early this year, and now I’m up to 1 liter a day and it’s not hard anymore. Really helped clear up my skin!
My new healthy habit (started two weeks ago) is that I now book a workout class every weekday morning....like 7 am classes! I never thought I'd be that person but it really makes my morning more refreshing and I work so much better at uni. As I don't get holidays in my degree (I'm post-grad), it also adds some fun to what is normally a very solitary day.

I love the coffee machine in your room habit! I’m gonna do that with my teapot tonight. And a habit to share is meditation/breathing exercises. There’s an app called insight timer and you can listen to a guided meditation or breathing exercise and it is SO CAMING if you stressed or anxious. Ok, i know people are gonna be like “but i cant focus when i try”. Choose a guided meditation. For one minute. One minute. What is one minute of your day? One minute to get in touch with your breathing is significant. And you’d be surprised how fast one minute goes by and you can increase to two!!!

Turning off notifications is so amazing. The only notifications I want are calls and texts nothing else. Not even emails because of junk mail or daily updates also i automatically check my emails couple times a day
I turned off my social media notifications since last year, and I'm so glad I did. I also have it where my phone turns on night mode at 11pm so I don't get notifications if I received a text or a call. The only text or call I'll receive are the people I have exceptions for, such as my family and boyfriend if they need to contact me due to emergency.

Hmm I would say my healthy habit would be hydrating my body at night. I struggle to go to sleep at decent times, so I started applying oils to my face and massage them in. I also started applying lotion to my body after I shower at night to hydrate my skin and put me in a relaxed mood. It’s actually helped quite a lot.

I can relate to the feelings of waking up in the mornings as I have many mornings where it's hard to get going...the biggest thing I have to work on I think is getting lost in article wormholes and also what you said about traveling solo is something I need to muster up the strength to do more of...

Getting ready for the day helps me so much too! I also work from home and for some reason, it does make me more productive
