Yes because
I have read there term and condition and they said if you get any job before they start refferal you. You have to pay there training fee which may be there course fee but after they start referring you. You have to pay there course fee which in terms and conditions form no matter from which source you get the job . So it means you have to pay both the company or if you get job by yourself you have to pay them

Yes, u have to pay
First of all, they will make you sign an ISA agreement. Now, Anyhow you will get placement either by yourself or by campus placement or they will make you sit on interviews with their partner companies. you will have to pay till 3 lahks or whatever they have mentioned on ISA. Now, if you are planning to take any of the above, Before signing agreement please read entry and exit conditions what if you don't like the course in middle.
