Wow! The Ramones are one of my favourite bands. Unfortunately, when Ramones band members were dropping like flies, I come across The Huntingtons on YOU TUBE.That said...How awesome is this that CJ hooked up with a band that was obviously influenced by The Ramones. CJ is certainly keeping the heartbeat going for Ramones fans worldwide.
Always great to see CJ playing. He's real energy and still makes a good performance. His version of "Baby I Love You" is played the way The Ramones should've done if wasn't for Phil Spector's production. The band that is playing with him is the best line-up I've seen on his solo carreer.
Having 'Rockaway Beach' not be followed by 'Teenage Lobotomy' just doesn't feel right to me :-) Fucking amazing performance and a brilliant recording of the event!
Actually that's what I loved about this set list, It's not "just the same again". It's fresh with a new order, special songs that are not played very often. I love it.
