Wow!! I wouldn't have thought there was a Peruvian Restaurant in Cape Town!! And the dishes look so fancy and delicious!! Thank you for sharing your experiences with us: Peruvian food lovers! If you ever have the chance to come to Japan, there are several Peruvian Restaurants in Tokyo (and other cities) that you can try, and of course Sushi bars as well! Keep traveling and enjoying food!!
Nice video. Peruvian food is Mouth watering. Really enjoy your videos. Thanks to you we are going out to a Peruvian restaurant for lunch. Glad to know about Charango Peruvian food in South Africa so far away. Continue your wonderful trips and many thanks for your videos.
Excellent video. I never thought there was a Peruvian restaurant in Cape Town. Even though I wasn't looking for one when I was there a few years ago. It was great to hear Audrey using Punta Sal Restaurant in Lima as a yardstick. Thanks your advice I became a fun of the restaurant as well. Sam in my last trip to Peru I also had "locks of pisco" and plenty of chilcanos as well. Thanks for sharing your culinary adventures around the world.

Peruvian Cuisine is taking the world by storm! But never as good as it is in Peru! I would love to check out cape town sometime! Nice Video guys! Represent Peru! You know Chile is trying to claim that pisco sour is from there and is even trying to change an area to be named pisco.
I didn't know the dough for picarones was made from sweet potato, interesting. must be nice to visit Peru for audrey's grandma's birthday 90 is a big deal, my grandmother turned 91 last week
To eat Peruvian food in "La Tía Veneno"is the best ever,no way brother,la Tía,you meet her just in Perú,even so ,so happy to know our cuisina is spreading around the world!.
Sigan comiendo chicos, me caen super bien.
btw. I know I have said it before and I continue to feel this way. I love that you take the time out of your day to reply to everyone who leaves a comment. you are so personable and kind to everyone. I love you guys! I wish I could help your channel grow! I think if more people knew about you they would most definitely subscribe to you. how can I help get your name out there? I really would love for you to have more followers. I would be happy to see that you could do this for a living. tell me what I can do to help. also you should open a patreon account. I know the people who could afford to would for sure help you.
Thank you very much! Honestly, we just so appreciate people watching and engaging. The community aspect is one of our favorite parts of creating videos. I think in terms of growing our channel we have to remember how fortunate we are to be where we're at. There are of course many channels with bigger numbers in terms of views and subs but there are also many channels that would love to be where we are at right now. We'll just keep working hard and try to put out 3-4 videos a week. Patreon is really cool but I think we won't set something up until maybe next year.
Lov it when the world unites for a moment over great food or a great sport. Buen provecho! Food almost does not look Peruvian though, Too much fusion it seems from this end but it looks great nevertheless.
Thanks! It is very multicultural. Actually one of the more multicultural cities we've ever visited. Our guide comes out next. Please check that out as I think it'll give you wanderlust to visit CT. Seriously, we love this city :)
Samuel and Audrey - Travel and Food Videos That's great! We will be waiting for your vlogs then :). This time try to visit sometimes in December as weather is relatively cooler.
lmao! Sam was making out with the taco! ;) oh Audrey you know you love it. ;) ;) hehe. I would love to try that. I like sushi so I am sure this is just as good if not better. I so wish I could live that life that you 2 do. I want to travel so bad! I have never even been on a plane, and I am getting older and older. the only time I went to another country was canada and that was when I was 5 and all you needed was a birth certificate to get in and out. I also kind of consider canada a part of the united states, even though I know its not. I feel we are kind of the same in a way. you just do not have all the messed up stuff the united states has. It's like canada is a cooler version of the united states. I would so move there if it was not even colder then it is in ohio. I hate the cold and ohio has a lot of cold weather. I wish I could meet you both and just learn stuff from you.
LOL, that taco was definitely worth it ;) If you like sushi I think you'd probably really like ceviche and tiradito :) Thank you! Where would you like to abroad for your first trip? Having been away from home as much as we have we really appreciate how much there is to do in both the US and Canada! So many great national parks, little towns worth visiting and other stuff. Maybe if you're looking to travel a bit more places nearby might be an option in the meantime. Don't worry about your age! My parents are now doing an annual 2 month trip and they didn't get started until their 60s well into retirement. It is never too late :)
well I would love to go to Korea, Japan, Greece. to name a few, in no order. I would love to travel the world. See different places. yes I could start here in the united states. I have only been to 7 states and none have been in the west. I do not really have anyone to travel with, or the funds to travel right now.

LOL
Dulce de Leche = Sweet Milk?
Yes, basically that is how it is made :)
Peruvian
Indeed!
lmao! Sam was making out with the taco! ;) oh Audrey you know you love it. ;) ;) hehe. I would love to try that. I like sushi so I am sure this is just as good if not better. Sapeeee
the ceviche did not like a typical peruvian ceviche. it looked more like a fusion...to bad I couldn't taste it😆
It had some local twists for sure! I wish we could share :)
Wait I thought you where Canadian....!?!!????
Everybody in canada originated as an immigrant from somewhere, except the original aboriginal settlers. And audrey is gorgeous.
We both are but Audrey's parents are from Argentina and Peru :)
Yes, many Canadian can trace roots to elsewhere going back only a few generations.
Dam that is cheap in San Francisco 40 is lunch for 1 with drinks , appetizer 1/2 main course and dessert
Woah! I hear you guys pay through the teeth for rent as well. The average salary must be pretty decent in San Fran?
Saluditos :D
Gracias!

Exacto
avocado in ceviche??? that's not peruvian at all
Yeah, that is definitely a local twist :)
Sudafrican-Peuvian food! but definitevely that ceviche is not the real peruvian ceviche, it doesn't even look like a ceviche, also the pisco sour doesn't have vinegar, the sour stuff is just lemon juice but the peruvian lemons.
Thanks! Definitely a bit of a local twist but the food was good I must say :)
Samuel and Audrey - Travel and Food Videos , yes it should be good, I am just saying that it looks different, any country has its own variations, we don't use avocado or tomatoes in ceviche, I think the mexican version of ceviche does.
