I'm in my last semester and will be attending my last few exams, from my very first semester everytime i searched course materials before my exam, this guy's videos came up and literally i passed and got really good grades by just learning from him. Hats of to you man, thanks a lot, really a lot.
I spent 3 hours in a seminar at Uni today and couldn't grasp these formulas. Turns out, I just couldn't understand my lecturer. 3 minutes of clear, straightforward explanation was all I needed. Thanks!
I know you probs get this all the time, but man I save loads of time just skipping class and just learning direct from you. What take a prof 1.5hr to teach I can learn from you in 10 minutes not to mention all the time I save on commute and getting dress and whatnot. Literally makes school go from taking 30hrs of work a week to like 10hrs.
I have an exam on Thursday and you guys just helped me tremendously. I was so lost all semester and within 5 minutes you guys were able to help me find back my footing. Will come back and update you guys after the exam on Thursday
this is actually hilarious, we had 3 weeks of lectures just on this topic and you managed to explain everything in 5 minutes while also doing a better job. lmfao
Hi Organic Chemistry Tutor I hope that you could have more videos regarding finance. Your math and science videos works wonders, I hope it goes the same with finance. Thanks a lot.
Future Value (FV) is a financial metric that determines the anticipated value of an investment, asset, or cash flow at a specified date based on assumed growth rates. These calculations can be easily performed in Checkotik.
What is the formula for t or the year example is the future value is 25,000 and the present value is 15000 with 2.5% interest how to solve the year or the t?
Please can someone help me with this question Diamond savings and loans are paying a 6% interest compound monthly. How much must be deposited now to withdraw an annuity of $400 at $400 at the end of each month for 2years
What if the word problem is "Find the interest rate of the Present Value (PV) ordinary annuity of P130,884.00 in 10 years which is compounded monthly with P amounting to P7,800.00"? the future value is not given. Can you please help me in that problem, I don't know how to solve it...
I don't understand where is your result comes from. I am trying hard to find the results without a scientific calculator but is imposible I don't understand if you divided the (1.06) or multiplied for the 10 years. none way works for me
15 year-old me: I HATE MATHS, I AM NEVER DOING IT AT UNI. Me now who has to do math as part of their finance paper: Yay, I get to study the parts of math that I ACTUALLY enjoy! :)))

@ My bad bro. I passed with a B+, honestly can’t complain
@@deansalmon4252 pretty good bro. r u in uni?
My teacher never told to put the interest rate with ".0s" so I was using the equation wrong the whole time. This was very helpful.
The best explanation I've ever heard about pv and fv.
Better explanation than khan academy. Love you calm voice, so simple

Where is the 1.06 coming from I thought it's 0.06
Its 1+r => 1+0.06 => 1.06
Comes from formula @@saishreer.narendra6446

What interest are you doing, compound or simple. When one says interest usually refers to the simple interest
My question is should I put in the full down payment now or just put the minimum payment ?
Man youre really great. thank you very much youre best
You could also add how to use in excel FV and PV. function. Then you video about PV/FV could be full
You should combine 2 things: 1. The annual rate - 2. The Inflation
Man good job great work and easy to understand kudous to u man u really do well
Please can we use this formula for monthly interest rate? And is there any difference between the Amount formula and the future values own.
i love ur video it is helpful
You're a legend.
Can you tell you how to calculate future value without discount rate
Please advise what is the 1 in the formula (1+r)?

You can choose for one of the above gifts
hello can you do a video bout real and nominal present value with an example
thank you so much!!
Thanks
Thanx
Thank you ❤️
What if Sir there are no Interest rate given?
HoW did you get the $32,071.35?
Using the formula of present value by giving you the PV=10,000
The formula is FV=(1+Rate)power n
Power n is 20 year’s annual
10,000[1+0.06]^20= 32,071.35472❤
God bless you
ur amazing
What's the app you use?
What is the formula for t or the year example is the future value is 25,000 and the present value is 15000 with 2.5% interest how to solve the year or the t?
Value depreciation
My finance final is on monday wish me luck💀
How did it go?
Freaking financial management
Please can someone help me with this question
Diamond savings and loans are paying a 6% interest compound monthly. How much must be deposited now to withdraw an annuity of $400 at $400 at the end of each month for 2years
Great 👍
Use excel :) FV(rate, number_of_periods, payment_amount, present_value, [end_or_beginning])
How do you compute the raise to the 20th power part
Cant you also do,
FV = PV (1 + R * N) ? instead of raising N, you can just multiply, no?
n is not for multiplying it's square or power of.
How yo solve if the rate of interest is not known
How about show people how you did this on the calculator
learn't and understood more in 5.13 minutes than I did in 4 x 40 minute lectures of the same thing.
in the first example its 10 years not 20 right ?
Why did you say that the future value is 100,000 when the question states that the future value is 10,000???
Nevermind

Can any one tell me how to calculate 1.06 ???
Amazing how many people in life can't learn what I just learned in 5 minutes
I choose belief this's Mark Wahlber.
dude i cant do this
\
Why 0.06%instead of 6
you either take 6/100 or the decimal form, one and the same thing. 0.06 helps with calculations ig
Whenever i see your name , i know you will save my broken ass...
❤
So it's the shark tank method
I still didn’t get it 😢
too late i got an A in finance...lols glad you started with this subject.
