I know you probs get this all the time, but man I save loads of time just skipping class and just learning direct from you. What take a prof 1.5hr to teach I can learn from you in 10 minutes not to mention all the time I save on commute and getting dress and whatnot. Literally makes school go from taking 30hrs of work a week to like 10hrs.

What if the word problem is "Find the interest rate of the Present Value (PV) ordinary annuity of P130,884.00 in 10 years which is compounded monthly with P amounting to P7,800.00"? the future value is not given. Can you please help me in that problem, I don't know how to solve it...

You should combine 2 things: 1. The annual rate - 2. The Inflation

I don't understand where is your result comes from. I am trying hard to find the results without a scientific calculator but is imposible I don't understand if you divided the (1.06) or multiplied for the 10 years. none way works for me

n is not for multiplying it's square or power of.

you either take 6/100 or the decimal form, one and the same thing. 0.06 helps with calculations ig
